This Hotel Consulado Inn has free breakfast every day, but one of their evil, female, young front desk staff, refused my 17 year old stepdaughter to eat free breakfast because when I extended our stay for one day, I forgot to add that I had an underage child, and there was a separate, additional fee which I told the evil, front desk employee that I would pay the extra fee later on in the day, the evil front desk female employee made her own decision on the spot, and refused to give me until later on to pay the additional fee, and she took my 17 year old stepdaughter out of the free breakfast that we were getting from day one.
Also, I requested to speak to what they call the Coordinator who was in her office about 10 feet away from me, behind the front desk area, and I waited about 7 minutes, and the Coordinator never came out to speak to me to resolve my complaints.
The hotel has no A/C at all in the front lobby area, nor in the hotel corridor areas, so it was an uncomfortable hot stay just stepping into the hotel lobby, and then going to your room in the totally hot hotel main areas. The only good thing about this hotel was the rear patio area and their swimming pool area which is next to the patio sitting area, so you can visually supervise your kids while they're in the pool, and for Immigration purposes, the Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel has a free transportation bus that takes you to your Immigration medical exam.
