Loved that this place was so spacious and beautiful! There wasn't too many front desk staff but the pool and lighting was great! I loved how the rooms came with washer/dryer, a full kitchen and a stove top. My friends and I got a pool on top of ours and it was beautiful!

Hotel was nice and staff were awesome. Hotel is a little remote not much around it so you have to drive or taxi. The road to the beach is a little sketchy to walk with no shoulder. But overall it’s a nice hotel. Will be nice when they finish the gym and have a few amenities. Staying at other hotels in tulum I wish it had a small restaurant for breakfast at least since it is a bit isolated from town and not that best walk on the road to the hotel zone.

El hotel es muy bonito y la ubicación es ideal entre la ciudad de Tulum y la playa de Tulum. El personal es muy amable y competente. Para estancias más largas, sería deseable contar con más equipo en la cocina, como platos y cubiertos, y servicio de toallas en el baño, además de recambios de champú y gel de ducha. Una sugerencia de mejora: el horario de silencio. Todos coincidimos en que los huéspedes deben ser considerados entre sí y comportarse con respeto durante el check-in nocturno. Lamentablemente, muchos huéspedes no cumplen con esta norma y el personal no la revisa durante la noche.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient for getting around. The property feels well maintained and welcoming.
The only downside was the noise. I stayed on the ground floor in a room that connects to the room next door, and the soundproofing was very limited. You can hear conversations and music clearly, even normal speaking volume, as if it’s happening in your own room. If you’re sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room away from connecting doors or on a higher floor.
Aside from that, it was a positive experience.

Otonomus Tulum har stora och moderna rum med sköna sängar. Tyvärr ligger det långt ifrån både strand och stad så bil är ett måste. Duschen saknar tryck och det är svårt att få ut schampo ur håret. Tyvärr saknas möbler på balkongen.

The place was clean only issues upon arrival the room was given away. No water on two occasions they fixed after we notified them. Not far from beach a short bike ride or scooter rental. Also the ocean view is lol. You can see it but barely. If you’re a smoker this is not the place for you. No elevator but stairs aren’t bad.

I had no hot water for showers or bathroom sink for the first few days I was there. When I said something to staff about it they said they were going to do something about it and it seemed to get a little better, but not really by much. Also the bed is very uncomfortable, the bedding is cheap and inadequate and the blinds are too small to actually cover the sliding glass doors, so the light comes in and you also have no privacy from whoever may be walking by. My friend had fixtures such as towel racks falling off the walls in his room.
This place is also located in a no-mans land between the beach and town and while it is somewhat close to the beach, there is no pedestrian path to walk to the beach. I would NOT recommend staying here without a car. There is no food or drink besides a vending machine and absolutely nothing nearby. Stay on the beach if you can afford it, or in town if you can't.

De los mejores hospedajes que he tenido en Tulum, el cuarto estaba muy amplio, cama cómoda y las albercas que están en el rooftop son privadas con una muy buena vista a la jungla. La atención por parte del personal fue excelente, solo tuve un pequeño inconveniente que se solucionó afortunadamente.

The room wasn’t ready for us when we arrived a day late ! The sold our room the night of my cancel flight and never get it ready for us ! . The told me that they would refund the first night and we still waiting we no response from the hotel .
The location is in a dead area all new developments and nothing more , one day we come back from our excursion and one of our glass door was completely broken, they put tape over it and leave it like that for the remainder of our visit. Completely unsafe and unacceptable.

No sirvió el agua caliente el 80% del tiempo. Eso realmente afectó nuestra estadía.
La gente muy amable pero no tenían previsto cómo resolver problemas técnicos en la época de vacaciones.
El lugar tiene un diseño eficiente y agradable para pasar la noche con una buena distribución.
Con agua caliente seguro nuestra estadía habría sido mucho más agradable y tendríamos una mejor opinión.

POORLY MANAGED & MAINTAINED HOTEL WITH PAPER THIN WALLS. Booked a 'pool view' room but got a 'concrete wall view' instead (apparently all 'studio rooms' have the same concrete wall views which isn't disclosed in the listing). Curtains didn't cover the glass doors so had to request a 3rd curtain to be added which it was the next day, no hair dryer (there's only 10 in the hotel), no coffee maker, towel hook broken, pans not compatible with induction hob so intermediate cooking plate provided but could then only use one of the four hobs at a time - useless for cooking. No furniture on the balcony so useless. Rooms are inconsistently furnished e.g. 8 dessert spoons but no teaspoons. We were moved to another room 2 days later and now only had a partial 'concrete wall view'. Housekeeping only available on request. This could be a top class hotel if managed & maintained properly but unfortunately fails in many areas. We’re pursuing a full refund because we didn’t get what we paid for throughout our stay.
