Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Seorang pembantu rumah datang untuk membersihkan, memelihara bilik yang sangat kemas, bilik itu sangat cantik, seperti di sebelah stesen kereta api. Terdapat 7/11 bila lapar Berjalan kurang dari sepuluh langkah Mahu pergi ke Myeongdong Tanah ini kurang daripada 20 minit. The hotel is only a 3 minute walk to the subway. Lots of places to go dine in a 5 min walking distance.

Clean hotel and spacious room for four people. Four bottles of water are provided everyday. Free washer and dryer with detergent on top floor. Nice lounge and terrace with a nice view on the top floor. Plenty of amenities like shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, tea/coffee, refrigerator, and a safe in room. Room service is once during our stay. Put dirty towels and trash outside the room door in the morning. Receive clean towels and water bottles in a bag outside the room door. Friendly front desk staff who speak limited English. The staff helped call a taxi for us twice. The taxi is inexpensive in Seoul and takes credit card. The staff also watch the luggage before check in and after check out. Although the hotel is inside an alleyway it is safe and just a minute walk to the main street. Hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, and buses. Train station is about 10 minutes walk. Remember to scan the Tmoney card when entering and exiting the bus/train. Walking distance to the palaces, oldest market, trendy Youth Avenue, and Cheonggyecheon stream. A nice hotel overall.
