Lavilla Hotel

Room was not bad, but there is no closet. Biggest issue was a safety hazard. There was a door that seemed like it would lead to a balcony but when you open the door, it's just the edge of a building and you could fall off the building. Very scary.

Pros: Checkin was brainless, passport check and card pickup, it lasted 3 minutes. But I was lucky that someone was there. Internet is excellent. The view from the bedroom is nice. Cons: BED is the major issue in this hotel, it is terrible, hard like wood, I had awful night sleeps every day, I asked a pillow top which they didn't have, asked for a blanket to make more comfy, that hardly helped. Towels, since checkin we had one big towel, every day I had to ask for another (we were 2) every day they cleaned the room they left one and removed the other, last day I was so annoyed that I gave up calling desk and we shared a towel. My wife asked for a towel one day and was confronted with: “you already have a towel.” Language barrier aside, that’s downright rude, it’s your mistake to begin with. Hotel lobby is non-existent, no chairs, just a sorry microwave and a tiny sound system, many times not even the clerk was there just some guests waiting to be taken care of not knowing if they were on right place. Don’t expect much help from the staff, they barely speak English. Avoid this place.

Stayed 7 nights, the hotel make up the room everyday which we really like it. The room and the bathroom are large, just like the pictures. Late October very cold, we did not have a heater. We asked the front desk our last night. He ran the heater for 30 minutes. But later night it was very cold. The bed is very firm. My husband likes it, but for me very hard did not sleep well for 7 nights.

Our room has a nice view, clean room.

メインの観光地からは離れてはいますが、駅は徒歩圏内で近いです。ホテルの方もとても優しくてフレンドリーでお部屋もとても綺麗でした！満足です！また利用したいです。

開放感のある部屋でした バスタオルは大型のが一枚しかないので2人だと 使いづらい 受付で言えばくれるかも？ トイレがつまつかのですがスッポン渡されて自分で処理しました なんとか流れて良かった、、 周辺はご飯が色々ありますので弁は良い 交通もいいですが 明洞 ソウル駅は40分程かかります ので 少し安く泊まるなら良いかと

Camere spaziose e silenziose.. la struttura è ben servita da 2 linee della metro. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile .

Clean, safe, super cute!

お値段のわりに広くて歯ブラシを含めたアメニティも揃っていました。スリッパが使い捨てでなかったこと、部屋のドライヤーが冷風しか出なかったのがとても残念でした。夜は部屋がすこししか明るくならなくて不便でした。ホテル周辺は人通りが少なく、夜道はすこし怖かったです。気軽に行けるのはコンビニぐらい。でも3泊で22,000円は破格だと思います。ありがとうございました。

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Personal war super lieb. Die Gegend war auch in Ordnung. Busstationen und U-Bahnen waren immer in der Nähe ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Allerdings mangelte es an Sauberkeit. Einige Dinge wie Lampen reparieren sollte die Unterkunft auch nochmal.

Nice, clean, and friendly staff

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da 2 fermate della metro e ha nelle vicinanze diversi negozi e ristoranti. Dall' esterno si presenta in buono stato, peccato all' interno la situazione cambia. Abbiamo trovato le camere in grossa necessità di manutenzione... Il che è un gran peccato visto che il concept dell' hotel e delle stanze è molto carino. Inoltre al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato le federe dei cuscini e gli asciugamani sporchi (alcuni con macchie di sangue altri con macchie rosse simil rossetto), abbiamo fatto notare il tutto alla signorina alla reception che ha prontamente provveduto a farceli sostituire. Ciò ha risolto la questione federe, peccato solo che invece che anche gli asciugamani nuovi non fossero a nostra opinione abbastanza puliti... Abbiamo risolto comprandocene di nostri presso il centro commerciale li vicino. Tirando le somma l'hotel ha tanto potenziale ma allo stato attuale pecca nella pulizia e manutenzione, se non siete super schizzinosi e il prezzo è buono però non mi farei troppi problemi a soggiornare qui

I was traveling with my friends for 2 weeks and decided to stay longer in Korea. I stayed at Lavilla Hotel during my solo trip for 17 nights. Clean hotel, the room was perfect with a good view and there were no problems during my stay. The staff was very helpful and kind! They helped me with directions, recommendations and ordered a taxi to the airport. The owner is super friendly and speaks English very well, he made my stay at Lavilla very comfortable. I will definitely be back at this hotel again in the future! Lavilla Hotel is located in a very quiet area with nearby train stations just a few minutes away, convenience stores open all night, small restaurants and markets. This hotel is perfect if you want to see another side of Seoul. Unfortunately there is no washing machine at the hotel, but just a few walking minutes away there is a self laundry room called "Wash Friends" on Naver map. The instructions for the washing machines were all in Korean but it was easy to understand with the translating app Papago.

ソウルの賑やかさは楽しいけど、地元の人が多い地域に行きたくて、このホテルに泊まりました。 近所には市場や大型スーパーもあり、普通の住宅街というところがとても気に入りました。 少し歩けばまた違う地下鉄駅になるので、街ぶらも楽しかったです。 ホテルのレセプションの方は英語はそこまで話せなかったけど、親切にバス乗り場を案内してくれたり、一生懸命対応してくれました。 Wi-Fiもあるし、満足いく3泊になりました。

Personnel sympathique, hôtel bien situé dans 1 quartier assez calme, beaucoup de commerces, marché local, supermarchés, à environ 20mn en métro des sites touristiques. Mon lit (1002) grince un peu mais à part ça tout est superbe.

新しいホテルではありませんが、毎日遅くに外出しても欠かさず綺麗にお掃除をしてくださいました！！ ベッドの固さが丁度良くてよく眠れました♬ フロントの方が親切ですし、コスパもいいのでリピートしています！！いつも、ありがとうございます！
