고시원 빈 방을 대여해주는 걸로 가격은 저렴했으나, 춥고, 이불에서 냄새가 나서 숨을 못 쉴 정도였음. 차라리 가격을 좀 더 올려서라도 청소, 위생 등서비스 개선이 필요할 듯..

少し狭いが快適に過ごせた。入り口が少し分かりにくかった。エレベーターを出て左手の扉を開けて入る。

너무 좁아서 교도소 같다는 생각도 들었지만 그 가격에 그 값을 하는 것이라고 생각함

部屋極狭！全体は3畳、その中に半畳程のシャワーと便所が鎮座。掃除はされているがカビも生えててお世辞にも綺麗とは言えない。ベッドも小さく何度も転げ落ちそうになった。タオルやアメニティーは一切ない！チェックインもスタッフは居らず管理人室の前に名前と部屋番号が貼り出されていた。部屋に入ると鍵が置いてあり３０分後に再度尋ねると男性スタッフが現れてパスポートをチラ見し無事チェックイン！チェックアウトの時間と鍵は初めと同じく机に置いたまま帰るようカタコトの説明。シャワーも始めお湯が出ず小さな流し台の下に栓があったのでコチョコチョいじってたら猛烈に暑いくらいのお湯が出てきた。湯量も十分！しかし、便所は水浸し！テレビがあるとの表記だったが一切なし。共用キッチンには炊飯器にあったかいご飯が炊いてあり摘み食いしたが普通に美味かった。あとインスタントラーメンも常備してあり必要最初限度の調理器具と食器が用意されているし飲料水のサバーもあり重宝した。近所も大学があるため安いカフェや食べ物やがあり便利！不自由はあったが宿代も安く文句はないし楽しい経験になった。またソウルに来る時はぜひ利用したい。

A very simple and basic stay...that's what you pay. Not complaining.

Pics not true to current condition. Common kitchen is rundown and dirty. Private room smells like dirty feet. No adequate ventilation. I forfeited my payment and booked another place. Toilet had black stains on the lid. I could not imagine staying even 1 night at Noble Residence. Very disappointed.

Hard to find location. Make sure to use Maps or other location apps to find on third floor. Very compact room that's the size of a closet with twin bed, desk, mini fridge, & tiny toilet/shower in compact room. Free wifi is good. Ten minute walk to subway. Does the job & you get what you pay for

Was a good experience spending 1 month here .I had a private room so I could rest well .All the residence was always clean. I will stay here again on my next trips. :)

お世話になりました この料金で泊まれる所はなかなか無いので助かりました 交通アクセスも便利良いです

I came here in December and stayed for a significant portion of December. The staff here are nice and friendly, the communal area is kept clean and is in good shape. The communal bathrooms are likewise cleaned daily. They also do a Christmas party at the hostel if you're there during Christmas like I was. Walking distance to a JR station as well as the Hibiya line. An hours walk to Tokyo Sky Tree. Overall a very nice experience! Thank you!

It was a small room, with the basics: fridge, shower, desk and storage. Location wise it's very good, just 10/15min walk to 2 subway stations. The kitchen was OK, some of it needed a deeeeep clean but it's not terrible. If you have to stay long term looking for just the bare bones or somewhere to just sleep then I would recommend it.
