Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa - All Inclusive

Super séjour en all inclusive. Super accueil. Buffet excellent avec personnel sympathique et souriant. Petit bémol sur la chambre vendue en rez-de-piscine alors que c'est un sharing pool c'est à dire que la piscine n'est pas forcément devant votre chambre mais quelques chambres plus loin. Pas gènant en soi mais si on avait su on aurait pris une chambre avec supplément ailleurs dans l'hôtel (avec vue dans les étages par expl). En tout cas souvenirs inoubliables de ce séjour.

Everything was lovely and enjoyable but the beach has a lot of seaweed and so sadly did not spend time there but the resort is great.

Große saubere Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Schöne Rooftop Bar (Adults Only) bei Buchung der Star Prestige Zimmer. Geräumige Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Organisation leider mit Luft nach oben: Rooftop Bar oft ohne Service Personal, somit keine Bestellung von Cocktails möglich (auch während der Öffnungszeiten) Spezialitäten Restaurants bereits am Anreisetag komplett ausgebucht (zum Teil eine Woche im Voraus), somit musste man immer im Buffet Restaurant Frühstück, Mittag + Abendessen. Gerade hier hätte man sich durch Star Prestige etwas mehr erwartet.

Beautiful property! Food and drinks were great, particularly great cocktails! Biggest feedback is that there should be more adult only areas. Fine if you’re a family but not great if you’re travelling as a couple, no bar, dining or pool areas without kids

Hotel staff made us feel warmly welcome each minute of our stay. Special thanks to Paola at the reception. Hotel buildings were beautiful, there was just right amount of Spanish charm, not too polished style even though everything was extremely well maintained. We had family room (two rooms connected by a door) which I highly recommend for families with older kids. Rooms are quite compact but there was just enough space for us. Rooms were very tidy and bed was one of the best ones I’ve slept in any other hotels I’ve stayed. I also loved the pillows. Pool area was nice, tidy and relaxing. We only spend time at Playa’s pool area, I would imagine that Park’s pool area would have been less relaxing as there was quite much families with small children. Short but yet amazingly pretty path from hotel to beach was a big plus. Food was good and versitale, lots of kids and ’sounds of life’ as Park & Playa have common restaurants. I didn’t have any problems with it but I think I would prefere some other accommondation if I would travel just with my partner and I would seek peace & quiet type of place to spend my vacation. I recommend to download Iberostar app already before the vacation, it was great help for us. Overall, extremely good experience.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön. Direkter Strandzugang. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Essen sehr gut. Liegen sind leider nicht dabei am Strand. Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein. Fitness Studio müsste dringend überholt werden. Die Geräte sind schon etwas abgenutzt, zu wenig Geräte insgesamt. Wellness (indoor - Pool) ist zu klein.

Séjour vacances en famille. Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Les animations pour les enfants le soir sont vraiment top! Concernant le nombre de restaurants disponible en all inclusive il faut demander à l'accueil car les places sont limitées sur 3 restaurants

Mostly all excellent apart from the dinner at the bbq. Not good service and burgers were not the best. Mexican was amazing though and best way to finish the holiday.

Amazing staff and beautiful property. Food quality and variety was great, rooms were clean and everything was actually greater than presented in photos. A great place for families looking for a safety and convenience.

Tout est bien, le personnel, la nourriture…l’animation Seul bémol les chambres un peu étroites même si les salles de bain sont grandes. Les transats de la plage m’appartiennent pas à l’hôtel et sont payants

We booked the premium seaview room with the double bed and when we checked in, we got a room with no sea view but the parking lot instead and only one small bed. The resort was completely booked out so we had to stay in that room the first night. Luckily, the guest manager Teresa upgraded us to a seafront view suite starting the next day which was wonderful. The next three days were nice. The food was good and so was the service, to the most part. Some of the staff does not speak English, so it was challenging at times to communicate the food that we wanted and special needs we had due to food allergies which the hotel does not communicate about with their food. On day 4, my wife and I got a massage at the spa. Her therapist used menthol gel and put it on my wife's ears and upper face with some of it getting into her eye, all without asking prior. My wife had a reaction and immediately showered off at the spa. Burning and a headache followed. She then asked for a cream to help sooth her skin. After the applied the cream, they asked her for 54 Euros extra, for just the cream. We obviously were furious. The therapist caused this problem in the first place and then charged extra for a littlw bit of cream? I spoke with the guest manager Teresa about this and all we got was that their staff are professionals. No "I am sorry this happened". After talking to Teresa's manager, we got at least the massage refunded but still paid for the cream. That was all totally mismanaged.
