Great amenities and welcoming friendly staff.

Room was spacious and spotless. Staff came in to change bins and make beds every day. Huge complex with things to do for everyone. As a solo traveller I still enjoyed all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was a large area with lots of great choice. Very impressed overall and will definitely return

Room was always always clean

Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there was a lot of dust and holes in the corners of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom but had the cleaner attend the next day. The pools outside the rooms are very convenient. The staff are helpful and on hand 24/7 to provide advice and guidance.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. While the complex is large and has plenty of pools, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, the room wasn't very clean, and I was shocked to find hair on the fresh bedsheets, which is completely unacceptable. We also noticed there were no slippers provided in the room, which added to the lack of comfort.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room clean although a few mozzies. Air con not on in winter so it was far too hot so bought a fan from Ale hop.

The cleaning staff were very consistent, they all cleaned very well everyday and the towels were changed everyday. I had a nice relaxing 5 days here, I chose the half board and the food was excellent.

The resort itself is large, full of pools, and good value for money — no complaints there. However, our experience was unfortunately very negative due to a serious breach of security. The hotel uses duplicate door numbers — for example there are two 524s, one in “Island” and one in “Tropical.” At around 2am, our door was jimmied open by a drunk guest with his own key. We woke up to find a stranger in our bathroom using the toilet, while a child ran out of our front door into the night. He was apologetic, but the incident was frightening — someone was able to access our room while we were asleep. When I reported this to reception, the staff member laughed and asked, “What do you want me to do?” She dismissed the issue and suggested nothing could be done to make the door more secure. The maintenance worker arrived, did not speak English, translated “impossible” through our phone, and left. Thankfully, my partner is a carpenter and he personally fixed the dropped door hinges so that we could double-lock the door — meaning the door was only secure because we repaired it ourselves, not because the hotel took responsibility. Given someone was able to enter our room at night with another room key and the hotel showed no concern or willingness to address a clear security flaw, we would not stay here again. Nice hotel physically, but extremely poor safety and guest care.

Chambre un peu vieillotte, propreté passable, bon lit, personnel sympa

4 sterren omdat het allemaal net iets schoner kan in de badkamer vooral. Park word echt goed bijgehouden! Veel zwembaden die wel “maar’ open zijn van 10-18. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. Bedden waren prima! Geen stenen heel fijn. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Séjour très agréable avec une chambre correct mais un peu dans son jus. L'hôtel mériterait un rafraichissement. Sinon les activités pour les enfants sont nombreuses, donc parfait en famille. Le personnels est également très accueillant et présent en cas de besoin. Je recommande en famille ou en couple.

El hotel es inmenso con muchas piscina ....el personal muy agradable sobre todo los camareros del bar de la piscina. No es nuevo pero no está en mal estado

Personnel sympa

Cómodo, agradable, tranquilo. El personal muy agradable y atento. Para descansar si se desea y con muchas opciones de ocio.

El personal es lamentable... tenian la reserva echa y pagada y me dice que me siente en la recepcion una hora a esperar que les llegue la reserva a su sistema y me dice que el otro dia una clienta se estuvo esperando una hora. Yo le enseñe la confirmacion y el pago realizado y ni asi... Despues vino una chica cubana mas educada pero el chico que me atendio dejaba mucho que desear La habitación llena de polvo algo exagerado... Paredes sucias de pies El hotel tiene partes rotas y descuidadas La ubicacion es normal esta a 10/15 min andando de la playa 2 mosquitos en la habitacion Creo que es muy caro para lo que ofrecen

Comfortable stay
