The property is a good space and the décor is modern. It is very central and mins from metro and shops. However, it has not been maintained very well. The bed needs to be changed; it has been used too often. The towels are ripped, so is the bed sheet. Shower faucets don’t have a cover and one is missing a bolt. The lights by the bed missing glass covers. Most importantly the refrigerator doesn’t work. The property manager said no one complained before! Basically, you can’t keep any food in the house. In addition, the information folder for the apartment is empty! I had to call the property manager to figure out what the check out process is. The description on Expedia is not accurate. There is no daily house keeping, which is kind of understandable for an apartment building; but there are no vacuum or a good broom to clean the floor. The owner either started to use a new property manger (which doesn’t know how to communicate effectively with tourists), or decided to only provide the minimum amenities possible. This was the worse experience we had in an apartment and we do travel multiple times each year. Do not recommend the place in the current shape.

There is not a lobby or someone to help you when you get there. No place to leave your luggage if you have to wait for the check in. Hot water wasn't working. So you can't take a shower in that hotel. You call the "person in charge" and no answer. The worst experience!!

I was so disappointed about his place because it is a beautiful property with a perfect location however it was so Dirty and the upstairs bathroom was clogged and we couldn’t use it. I informed the housekeeper and she didn’t seem concerned. Also the ac units all leaked and my daughter had her purse on a ledge and the ac leaked all the way down the wall to the point the purse and her passport were damaged. Again it’s a shame because if maintained properly it would have been a different experience.

El apartamento muy bonito, muy cómodo, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. Lo único es que hasta la 1:00 de la mañana había un poco de jaleo en la calle, pero se calmó y hemos podido dormir muy bien. Repetiríamos

The most noisy place I’ve been to.

We enjoyed our stay at Garden Suites. It was right in the midst of a city. Very lively area. Suite was spacious, big, nice and clean.

The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Very good facility located at the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and bars downstairs, as well as a grocery store. Very closed to metra and train station as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back when visiting Madrid in the future.

Delicioso el interior y el edificio en excelentes condiciones. Solo mucho el ruido de la noche por la zona que es muy concurrida.

Great location but did not allow early access. Shade for window had been broken and not repaired

Orbitz sent me an email on behalf of the property saying they would keep my luggage before the check in time and when I arrived to the suites they told me they don’t store luggage. The suites don’t comply with the offer made during reservation. The bathroom wall leaks and the corridor gets flooded.

We contact to the property for inquiries and never get back any info, the AC was horrible, it was liking water all the time, and never get the room cooling. No attention at welcome, they just give you the keys and that’s it. Also no one say that we have to leave deposit. The water at the showers is poor, i did not recommend this
