AJWA Sultanahmet

From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing. They go above and beyond for you. The level of service here is incredible. The hotel lobby is gorgeous with its massive mable pillars inside and has great places to relax and admire the architectural details. The rooms are big and well decorated inside. The bed was comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows. The breafast buffet had everything you could want with a spectacular view of the harbor. It's walking distance to the Blue mosque, grand bazaar, and many restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Other hotel should take note on the level of service that AJWA gives for a true 5 star experience 👌

Room was great, bed a little creaky and bathroom door didn’t close fully so water would drip out of the shower but otherwise everything was excellent. Breakfast was also great with an amazing view

Fint hotell med mye historie og mye kunst. Rommet vær stort og fint men det lukta kloakk noen ganger. Frokost helt fantastisk med nydelig utsikt og ikke minst betjening, kjempe hyggelig og behjelpelig staff.

Excellent service, customer oriented, great food quality, it is a truly 5 stars boutique hotel …

Amazing staffs. Great service and place

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Everyone was genuinely kind, and wanting to help us whenever needed. The spa facilities were great. We even got complimentary breakfast to our room on the day we were leaving early in the morning. Staff communication was impeccable, lovely to meet everyone and hope to return soon. The hotel is close to all places you’d want to visit. The cleaning staff were also very sweet. 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at AJWA. The location is easily walkable to most of the historic sites and the exciting hustle and bustle. The moment I walked in the doors each day though,it was instantly peaceful,quiet and elegant. The staff is kind and helpful.

Great stay in Sultanahmet. Close to all attractions. Comfortable hotel close to great restaurants. Wish they provided turndown service in the evening. Otherwise great breakfast and service.

Amazing hotel! Great spa service as well. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was accommodating and very friendly.

The staff were very friendly, the view from the roof top restaurant was spectacular. Very clean and excellent value for money.

From our arrival to our checkout, the hotel and staff were outstanding! Pleasant, unhurried, and very helpful. The breakfast addition to our booking was an excellent value: beautiful and carefully prepared food with great service. The dining room has an expansive view of the City and harbor area. Excellent dining directly across the street — Mivan has a great variety of savory local foods. This is a highly recommended property. I would definitely stay here again!

Ajwa Sultanahmet Hotel is a beautiful hotel perfectly located in the old town area, within walking distance of famous historical sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We had so much fun exploring the neighborhood and discovering amazing rooftop dinner spots nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Die Zimmer mit Gartensicht ist nich Garten sondern Innenhofschacht also kein Tageslicht aber sehr sehr ruhig.

Outstanding and luxurious property with local art and decor that elevated our experience. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel includes breakfast with breathtaking views, luxury car transportation to local attractions such as Hagia Sophia, and a relaxing spa. The location was superb, and I can’t imagine going back and staying somewhere else. Excellent option for a family with kids

J’ai eu l’immense plaisir de séjourner à l’hôtel AJWA Sultanahmet, et j’ai encore du mal à trouver les mots tant l’expérience fut exceptionnelle. On a l’impression d’entrer dans un palais digne des contes d’Orient, avec ses sols en marbre blanc, ses meubles en bois finement sculptés, incrustés de nacre, ses œuvres d’art exposées comme dans un musée… et même les livres choisis avec soin donnent envie de s’installer et de rester des heures. Cet hôtel a une âme, un caractère rare. Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable. Chaleureux, attentif, d’une gentillesse sincère. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Halime, Marie, et Aynur abla, qui ont été adorables à chaque instant. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, la literie est très confortable, et j’ai prolongé mon séjour… deux fois ! C’est dire à quel point je m’y sentais bien. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, le restaurant est délicieux (mention spéciale pour le Bakü baklavası et le ballı kek, que j’ai savourés plus d’une fois 😸). Quant au spa, il est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu, et la séance de hammam “Afiye” à la rose a été un pur moment de détente. AJWA Sultanahmet est sans aucun doute le plus bel hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné, et je compte bien y revenir à chaque passage à Istanbul. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ces moments inoubliables.
