The service was good class and the front office nanager at check in was engaging, professional and provided a warm welcome. The only issue, which is really a personal option, the matress on the bed was very soft and provided little support.

Great staff, very accommodating and helpful, really appreciate that. Check in system was slow, not the staff- they were lovely- just the system they have to work with seems to be. Servicing of room was unfortunately well below average of usual places but maybe the staff are directed not to wipe benches, etc, so not sure. Overall I really enjoyed my stay there.

Room was ok, shower was small, pillows were flat and only 1 extra available. Ordered an omelette for breakfast, I was standing waiting for the chef to serve me, one of the other employees came past and asked if I had been served, no I said I'd like an omelette please she says chef an omelette...the omelette came out and a sliced it and raw egg came out! I said something to the other employee about me not eating it and she just said oh...my husband got a late and paid $6 for it and it was pretty much full of foam...so not a good experience

Clean rooms 😀.very tiny shower recess. A bit disappointed that there were no dishes or cutlery. Staff were lovel

The property is first class and very clean however having to wait 90 minutes for my room service meal was of concern. Not only was it late but cold.

Staff were ok, but not overly friendly. Shortage of available mugs at the breakfast bar on day 1. Room was good - liked the little office nook near the window

I just needed a clean, peaceful place to stop for 36hours and catch-up on busy work and get some rest. Exactly what I was looking

I arrived obviously at a busy time. 4 waiting to check in when I arrived and four more after me. One staff member doing check ins and was having technical difficulties with equipment. He really did his best not his fault but why was he on his own at a busy time. Surely the hotel knows its peak hours and should staff accordingly. Hotel itself feels grubby and tired. Drained chairs by lifts etc. Restaurant and bar staff in particular excellent.

This hotel is great for an early morning flights. My only complaint is that the rooms claim to be sound proof but from about 6am there were people out in the hallway talking loudly and opening and closing doors constantly.

You need to fix up how you have to drive through the airport to go round to the back of the parking cause it’s a pain when you have to drive through when people are getting dropped off or picked up from the airport

Early flight so great location. Rooms are small and very compact. Shower in particular is very small, elbows hit.

The check in process was easy and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However the food was very average and I even had to return it, which I don't normally do. When I did, the kitchen staff were rude and gave me stick and started slamming things around the kitchen like a couple of spoiled children. When my food arrived back it was worse that the first time, and to the point that it was uneatable. Im extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional response for something that would have been an easy fix but instead I received sheer laziness, incompetence and an unacceptable addit
