Views were great. Staff was attentive , friendly and helpful. The only downside was the elevators situation. It was a very long wait everytime we left our room.

The view from our room of the falls was spectacular. The accessible room met our disability related needs and even some of our dreams ( roll in shower, adequate turning radius for wheelchair, space between beds, lowered light switches, lowered security view on door, automatic door opener, and the big beautiful windows that were low enough that you could see out from seated position in wheelchair) Many of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Staff were quick to respond to any challenges and resolve them. Small challenges were resolved quickly and professionally. We needed an extra blanket and it was delivered promptly, our door button in access room was not engaged when we arrived but a maintenance person arrived within minutes to turn it on for us. We were deeply impressed that at the elevator banks there were staff present to assist people who needed support to get on the elevators even if they were not able to push hardest and walk /roll fastest to get in when elevator doors opened. That alone made a huge difference for us. The manager and porters were extremely personable and supportive with disability related needs. We would absolutely chose Embassy Suites Fallsview again.
