All ok. We used it for a 1 night stop over while on a road trip. Friendly staff at the counter. Clean rooms.

Walk over the bridge from the hotel to a nice area with a fabulous little French restaurant, highly recommend. Hote was a bit confusing to enter but it was clean and ok for the one night.

Hotel is good, it was clean but slightly tired. I was given a room with three single beds when I had booked a double, when I asked for a double room reception said they didn't have one available (which was strange as the hotel seemed quite empty) due to this my safe was not as comfortable as hoped. The room was warm but fans were supplied. Very good wifi. Parking was easy in the shopping centre multi-story. Location is good when driving and for an overnight stay but not too much around.

Gute Lage, über die Fussgängerbrücke ist man in 5. Min. in Frankreich, mit der Tram an der Grenzstation kommt man bequem nach Basel City, entlang des Rheins gute Wander- und Fahrradstrecken, auch grenzüberschreitend. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel, bei Gefallen auch Restaurants. Gegen Gebühr kann das Fitnessstudio im Gebäude genutzt werden, ist aber Geschmacksache, da Decken und Wände schwarz gefärbt sind und einen düsteren Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Fitnesscenter war in früheren Jahren m. E. schöner, hatte damals auch mehr Cardiogeräte.

The hote is clean, quiet, fancy, modern in a great location. You could walk up to France and Switzerland :). Next to beautiful Rhein river and pretty park. On the top of everything it is next to a shopping mall with a big supermarket in. I enjoyed my time there

Fab location. Dad do breakfast or other dining so can't comment but if you want to be in the centre of things & right on the Rhine this is great

Vriendelijk personeel, niet altijd voldoende kundig (met als top het toewijzen van een kamer die al bezet was, toewijzen van een gereserveerde parkeerplaats zonder voldoende instructie), goed comfort, niet overweldigend, locatie voldoende, geen directe verbinding hotel-parkeergarage.

Please book with Best Western instead. It’s in the same building with the same reception, but the rooms are separate with an isolated service.

The hotel is basic and dated but clean. Staff messed up the room bookings and overcharged one of our party for an additional person in the room mistakenly, and then was quite rude and defensive when we pointed out the mistake. The problem was resolved the next morning, but the attitude of the night staff supervisor (Danni?) was, frankly, disgusting and disrespectful. I would never stay here again

Even for a 3 star hotel the room was bad, extremely hot, the roof was very very low, the infrastructure was poorly maintained and the overall condition is comparable to a 1 star hotel for 40 euros a night. We had to upgrade to the Best Western hotel which is basically in the same building and shares the reception but for just an additional 20 euros the difference was day and night, clean rooms, new and well maintained infrastructure and amenities and most of all normal height roof with air conditioning.

Eigentlich habe ich in dem Hotel eine Übernachtung für meine Familie 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gebucht um uns auf unserer Rückreise auszuruhen. Aber wir mussten erstmal den Eingang zu dem Hotel suchen. Beim Check in war der Personal sehr nett. Als wir in das Zimmer reinkammen, stand die Luft. Anscheinend wurde das Zimmer lange nicht gelüftet, es hat gestunken. Uns es war sehr heiß. Im Schlafzimmer standen zwei Ventilatoren. Beim einschalten flog aus denen weißer Staub... Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, dass das Hotel komplett ausgebucht ist. Wir dürften uns zwei Flaschen aus der Minibar nehmen und uns wurde ein kleines Turmventilator vorbei gebracht. Die Nacht war schlimm... es war wie in der Sauna. Keine Luft, laute Ventilatoren. Fenster aufmachen war keine Option wegen den Mücken. Beim Checkout wurde ich gefragt ob ich was aus der Minibar genommen hatte?! Habe hingewiesen, dass ich zwei Getränke nehmen durfte. Darauf habe ich als Antwort ein "WIE, Sie durften das?" bekommen. Habe der Dame unseren schreklichrn auffenthalt erklärt und Sie sagte zu mir "Das haben Sie sich selber ausgesucht und gebuch! Aber dann geht es mir der Minibar klar". Frechheit!

Das Zimmer (Nr. 525) war zwar sehr groß, aber man konnte die Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Es war im Zimmer unerträglich heiß. Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden, 5 Ventilatoren standen im Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Zimmerwechsel wurde vom Rezeptionisten promt gesagt, dass das Hotel voll ausgebucht sein. Zum Glück hat seine Kollegin am Nebenschalter unser Problem mitbekommen und konnte uns gleich ein anderes Zimmer zeigen. Leider hatte dieses ebenfalls keine Klimaanlage und war ähnlich heiß. Für den Folgetag organisierte sie uns dann ein Upgrade in ein neueres BestWestern-Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Das war dann besser!

Family room worked well for two adults and two children. It was however dark, dated and the beds uncomfortable. The car park lifts are completely separate and in total we had to take 3 individual lifts to get luggage to our room from the car and check in. The surrounding area did not feel safe, people were openly selling drugs under the bridge and there were quite a few drunk people hanging about.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this hotel and I don’t think I would stay here again. One night, a couple in the room next to or above mine was being extremely loud while having sex, and due to what seems to be very poor sound insulation, I was unable to sleep the entire night. This made my stay quite uncomfortable, and I believe that better soundproofing or stricter attention to guest behavior would significantly improve the quality of the stay for everyone.

Kamer was prima voor 4 personen (2v en 2k). We waren op doortocht, dus waren er maar 1 nachtje.

Great breakfast buffet, spacious room for family of four, close to tri-nation bridge. Staff were great, 24h front desk staff for check-in. We didn’t use the kitchenette due to short stay but nice touch. Only issue was no AC but the room had several fans.

Great location for transport link into Basel. Tram stop 50 metres away. Footbridge nearby to walk into France and cheaper eating places. Clean room and good breakfast. Decor a bit functional and corporate.
