Beautifully decorated hotel Good service staff If we don't put up signs to clean up room , cleaning staff will only change the towels.

The hotel lobby is impressive, featuring towering bookshelves, comfortable lounge seating, and a thoughtfully curated collection of Japanese books for guests to enjoy. It is a highly Instagrammable space and creates a strong first impression. The staff are generally helpful, particularly with luggage storage before and after check-out, as well as assisting with calling a taxi to the airport. However, a more prompt and proactive welcome would enhance the overall guest experience. The rooms are indeed small and basic. While the bookshelf-themed wallpaper adds some character, the overall design could be improved, even considering the limitations of the circular architectural layout. Ventilation in the rooms could be better, and the rooms would benefit from a fresher smell. A humidifier is provided instead of the standard air purifier commonly found in many hotels. The bathroom feels cramped, and in one of the rooms there was a noticeable smell of urine and mould during showering. This may be due to the shower curtain or wall surfaces and detracts from comfort and cleanliness. In terms of location, the hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station when carrying luggage, which is manageable. However, it is located on the opposite side of the station, making it about a 25-minute walk to Canal City and the Aeon Express supermarket.

面公園，大廳很美，房間算大間、美又乾淨，早餐很有質感，只是離福岡車站稍走一下，約7～8分鐘，值得。

The room was HUGE by Japanese standards. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff was very welcoming. The vanilla lattes in the cafe were a morning must.

The best hotel I've stayed at this trip. Huge room, amazing showerhead experience (different modes), huge bathroom, comfy bed, smells great, Free self parking and lounge for vip access. 5 mins walk to Hakata station. Everything here shouts luxury. Will definitely come back!

Lovely and relaxing hotel. Will stay again next time we are in Fukuoka. Was so nice coming here at the end of the day and the lounge access was very relaxing. Room was spacious and modern. Thanks for the lovely stay!

The hotel is in an area close to the JR Hakata station. Very convenient for transport plus there is also a convenience store nearby.
