The lighting was horrible. Especially the bathroom lighting Staff was excellent , very attentive courteous no other complaints but the lighting

Su nombre lo dice todo "Encantado" es una maravilla para relajarse entre la naturaleza, nos hospedamos en la Villa y fue una experiencia inolvidable, demasiada privacidad, tranquilidad, y paz, quiero repetirlo cada año pues es como ir a un retiro. Si buscas un lugar de relajamiento, tranquilidad, privacidad con excelente servicio por parte del Personal, la verdad que todos, absolutamente todo el personal fueron extremadamente atentos. todo fue encantador!!

The room was clean the priperty too. We did not use the pool or have breakfeast as we had to leave early but dinner was delicious and they made it extra special as it was my moms bday and played the mañanitas for us and beought out a special cheesecake

El hotel está muy bonito.. muy cómodo, súper tranquilo… el personal muy amable. Si lo que buscas es descansar es el mejor lugar., sin ruido, sin TV, sin señal de celular. Solo wifi que es excelente del hotel. La comida del restaurante tiene muy buen sabor el único pero que yo le pongo es que muy poca la cantidad de comida en el platillo. El área de la laguna es limpia y muy relajada. Kayaks nuevos y la actividad es gratuita. El encargado Vega nos trató excelente.

Es una experiencia maravillosa, las instalaciones de primer nivel, el desayuno muy rico y las atenciones de Alexander y el equipo de Rancho Encantado nos proporcionaron todas las facilidades para vivir al máximo ya sea que requieras un taxi o un tour siempre están atentos a tus necesidades. Volvería sin pensarlo.

We stayed at Rancho Encantado for the weekend, and it was an incredible experience. A special thank you to José at the restaurant, his service was outstanding. Also, Vega, the paddleboard instructor, was amazing. Such a kind and patient person. He really helped my wife feel comfortable trying new things, she even went kayaking and paddleboarding, which she normally wouldn’t do! The sunrise over the lagoon was absolutely beautiful, and the water is simply stunning. We also did the 2-hour lagoon tour, and it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed it. The food deserves a special mention: excellent quality, and the presentation of each dish was professional and impressive. All the staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere of the place makes you want to stay more than just a couple of nights. We will definitely come back. And the photos we took are just beautiful!

Incredible property, wonderful staff and excellent restaurant, the complete package. It’s hard to find a place that checks all the boxes, this place does. Book a lakeside room you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to return!

We love this place! We had a nice water front cabana, with a terrace and dock. It was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable with a separate sitting area, spacious bathroom, mini bar (with complimentary coffee and tea) shelves for your belongings. Property grounds were well kept, surrounded with plants and trees. They have a pool and jacuzzi which is nice, however, depending on the time of day or the number of guests they have it can be a little too crowded. The restaurant was right on the water so you have a fantastic view of the lagoon. The food were delicious. We had all kinds of tacos (our favorite was the conchinita pibil and pulpo), the cheese empanadas were also tasty and fresh. The burger was great, too. I enjoyed drinking their mojitos and piñacolada. For breakfast, they have a few options. They also served dofferent konds of bread. However, I do find their coffee served during breakfast watery. Generally, Staff were very helfpul and friendly especially Willy (restaurant staff) and Santos (boat operator). I felt that the servers during breakfast were not as attentive compared to other servers during dinner time (e.g they only go around once to ask you if you would like more bread served, or coffee and tea). Service can definitely be improved on. We also did the lagoon tour 2x (1 private and 1 with other guests), both tomes were awesome! We liked Santos, the boat driver. He’s funny, easy going and friendly. The massagd was amazing! We will be back!
