Ok good things about the resort the beach is nice (when not full of boats parked in front of the hotel), the little village behind the hotel has some delicious restaurants at a very reasonable price. Apart from that it was a totally disappointing experience. Check in was disorganised and check in staff were rude. When you book a hotel room you expect the check in time to be that of which you paid for not to be told by staff they'll try and make the check in time and then lie about calling you when the room is ready. The room itself was very average not really 4 stars at all. Finally the boat transfers from phi phi should be included in the price of the room and the actives should also be covered instead of trying to make even more money from your customers.

Very relaxing resort. Very well organized. The staff is very friendly and well organized. The views are unbelievable. The only things that need to improve in my opinion, are the food, & the night program is non-existent.

This place has everything ready for you to relax and enjoy the quiet views of the sea. We got a oceanfront room. It was spacious and pristinely clean. The AC was not working properly and they fix it in no time. The resort has their own app and you can do everything there. From ordering food to booking tours or request a buggy if you don’t feel like walking around the huge property. The staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend.

The resort itself is beautiful - rooms are great and staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool area was also lovely and we didn’t use it but private beach was big. Weather was unfortunately very poor while we were there and there wasn’t really anything to do, felt quite claustrophobic as when the waves were bad you didn’t even want to get a boat to the main town on Phi Phi. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this but just something to be aware of.

It’s a nice place but quite basic. It’s like a modern camping more than a luxury hotel

Our 2 bedroom villa had a private pool and our view was spectacular. The staff is very professional and truly make you feel appreciated. The beach was great and the breakfast provided a lot of diversity, so everyone was happy.

A praia em frente é maravilhosa, com água quente e vista incrível com possibilidade de realizar snorkel bem próximo ao hotel. As 2 piscinas com frente para praia e esquema de borda infinita também são ótimas para relaxar. O staff sempre muito atencioso. Porém, os serviços de passeio do hotel, quando você faz a reserva de um long tail boat privado não é um barco diferenciado e nem oferece água, mesmo em passeios longos, como os que fizemos que foram de 6h de duração. Serviço esse que estava disponíveis em outras regiões como em Railay Beach.

Clean, the staff great, most of all Tanya that help us in many things, w had an issue in our room and she fix it and gave us some extra for our trouble, then kept in touch the whole time to make sure we were good

The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well. The staff was very friendly and the resort had a lot of amenities. Only a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved by the staff.

It’s a beautiful and quiet spot to relax and enjoy the nature-filled charms of Phi Phi Island! The location has excellent amenities, and quick service options via an app. The buggy service was a lifesaver with our uphill villa. The resort offers daily cleaning and turn-down services, has many restaurants, and many excursion options. We had a 10/10 stay and would love to come back some day!!

Overall it was a good experience, even though they took a long time to respond in the Hotels.com chat, which somewhat hampered my arrival, as I didn't know what the boat transfer was like.That's why I ended up paying more, plus I had made a special request to them for some kind of "treat" since it was our honeymoon, but we didn't get anything, they forgot. Aside from those two points, the hotel has a good structure, excellent breakfast, and great room service and internal transportation. I recommend it.

Bed sheet ls were not clean enough. Limited in room dining menu. A lot of mosquitoes in the restaurants. Not a great experience.

Resort bellissimo. Perfettamente inserito nell'ambiente. Spiaggia stupenda e servizi al top. Camere spaziose, nuove e silenziose. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Servizio di transfer offerto dall'hotel super organizzato. Dall'aereoporto alla camera ci si arriva senza fatica e problemi. Pensano a tutto loro, compreso bagagli e rinfresco con bibite e spuntini. Vicino al Resort un piccolo villaggio offre molteplici ristoranti, market e centri massaggi a prezzi bassissimi. Anche le gite in barca organizzate al villaggio sono ottime ed economiche. Noi avevamo una garden villa Deluxe. Tutto era nuovo e pulito. Spaziosa e con una bellissima terrazza nel verde in cui riposare. Ottima anche la connessione internet presente ovunque.

There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. In Asia and Thailand you can find lots of 5 star resorts with outstanding service. This is not the one to go to. Really disappointed in the hotel, we left after 1 day, instead of 4. After mentioning at the reception we are leaving the fist thing presented was a form that we refrain from restitution. In my opinion they are more concerned about the money that the experience they deliver. Do yourself a big favor and book a different resort. There are so much beautiful resorts that deliver the experience you want to have.
