Hotel Zwanenburg

Ich hab schon öfter dort gebucht, aber dies war das schlechteste Zimmer überhaupt. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen, das war dann zu der Jahreszeit absolut zu kalt im Zimmer. Der Föhn funktionierte nicht. Im "Kleiderschrank" war die komplette Wand hinten geschimmelt. Die Dusche sah so unhygienisch aus, dass wir nicht einmal duschen waren. Unter dem Bett war es extrem dreckig, also da wurde definitiv schon länger nicht mehr gesaugt. Die Tür ließ sich auch nur schwer mit Mühe schließen. Also rund um war es nicht so toll, wie ich es sonst bisher erlebt hatte. Schade.

No toiletries, no glass in the bathroom, no bar, no restaurant - noisy generator, window and door didn’t shut properly etc. etc. Cheap but not cheerful 😩

Clean room, simple check in/out, easygoing staff, great price, great location. Exactly what I needed.

The single staff member we saw was supportive but facilities were inadequate. The room was in a poor state and nothing like very misleading photographs on the website. Perhaps other rooms look like that! I saw one review referring to the hotel as 'no-frills' - not true: it's more accurate to say lazy, given the apparent reluctance to maintain facilities - rusty radiator, filthy wallpaper, threadbare carpet. The heating worked well, but I can't think of anything else positive to say.

Hotel bom de uma forma geral, porém muito mais muito longe do centro de Amsterdam, pra quem tem esse interesse em ir sempre ao centro não compensa. Tem um ônibus que passa próximo ao hotel tem que caminhar uns 20 min pra chegar no ponto e acertar o horário do ônibus, se não vai ficar esperando muito tempo.

The room had mold and damp in the closet, they advertised a bar with pool table and restaurant, none there. On speaking to the staff to complain about the damp and ask to be moved I was told all rooms are the same . The photos used to advertise the property are nothing like the property itself. All in all it’s the worst hotel I have stayed at and Expedia should be vetting these properties more closely before advertising them.

War dreckig, Schimmel im Bad an der Decke und die Schlüsselkarte hat am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert,sodass wir nur mit viel glück in die Unterkunft gelangen konnten,da ein anderer Besucher so nett gewesen ist uns die Tür zu öffnen.

Isolatie is slecht, schoonmaak personeel komt heel hard naar binnen zonder te kloppen of housekeeping te zeggen terwijl je naakt bent en geeft een onbeschofte reactie. Een andere medewerker klopt aan en vraagt om de sleutels zodat ze zelf weg kan zonder dat wij nog hebben uitgecheckt. In de kamer stond er maar 1 paar handdoeken voor 1 persoon. Je wordt kortom NIET gerespecteerd.

Room clean, fridge, tv, kettle by request. Sheets and towels clean. Hot water in bathroom. Heater works. Supermarkets and restaurants close. NO ELEVATOR. If you need the room to be cleaned you have to pay 15e. It's a one night hotel.

Although the stuff were very helpful the hotel had no facilities not even a glass our cup in the room. There was not even a machine to get drinks or coffee. The air cons did not work and there was a sign not to use them. It is sad as this hotel must have been excellent 30 years ago as it has all the makings of a really nice place in the past. The rooms to sleep in for a night would be OK, for longer stays a bit doubtful, as there is no lift and if you have heavy bags, it is not great if you are on the top floor. As far as the area goes the shops were close, with a bakery just across the road but it didn't have coffee. There is a nice bakery just up the road we went to every morning that was small but really nice. Lido supermarket was 200metres up the road that was handy.

It’s easy to access the train station. You have to pay for air con as extra when you’re there. Which is fine we just didn’t know

Like price Not like overdue maintenance, Not very clean hairs in shower, floor not or badly vacuüm cleaned, stuf under bed from other people, no food in the morning, not even a cup of coffee was possible. Also personeel was complaining about Expedia which was not fair and even not true! In nodded and end the conversation.

Wir hatten das Hotel Zwanenburg für 2 Übernachtungen für den Besuch von Amsterdam gebucht. Das Zimmer war ok (mit Kühlschrank und Fernseher). Es gibt einen kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Man läuft ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Zwanenburg und ist in 10 Minuten am Amsterdamer Zentralbahnhof. Die Züge fahren im Viertelstunden-Takt und sind immer pünktlich. Einen Föhn sollte man dabei haben - unser im Badezimmer funktionierte leider nicht.

Hotel hat ein eigenen Parkplatz. Das ist postiv zu bewerten. Hotel ist generell etwas schmutzig und runter gekommen. Das Zimmer ist auch schmutzig. Unter eines der Betten lag noch eine Unterhose rum. Um hier 1-2 Nächte zu schlafen OK aber für mehr reicht es hier nicht.
