Flora Centre Hotel & Spa

The staff are very friendly and accommodating giving lots of good advice. Rooms good and with complimentary water snacks fruit etc. Location is superb right next to the lake and downtown area. We walked to all the major sites.

Great location, excellent staff that were helpful with arrangements and planning, amazing breakfast...the perfect place to stay in Old Hanoi. We are headed back at the end of our trip and look forward to another wonderful stay at the L'Hertitage Centre Hotel.

Great location, right in the middle of the busy old town. The room was reasonably priced, very clean, and huge. We really enjoyed shopping and walking to the nearby lake. Be careful with the traffic, especially if you have little ones with you.

Really helpful staff, they were always on key to help us out with every question we had. The family room upgraded that we had was the perfect size for my family (we were 5 people). And hotel got gym room on top, enough space for everything, great styling, great colors. The hotel is right in the centre, 1' to the lake and more attractions.

A clean and safe property that is in the heart of the Old Quarter. This property is conveniently located near most major attractions and is very quiet despite being in the hustle and bustle of a very congested area. I enjoyed my stay at this property and recommend to anyone visiting the Old Quarter. *Note: during the weekend, the streets around the hotel are closed in the evening due to the Night Market. So, if you need to be dropped off directly at the hotel, please plan to arrive prior to the closures.

Excellent service regarding booking of trips. Nice hotel in general

I guess when I see 4* I had higher expectations but I guess in Hanoi, it’s different. The location was very good. Close to shops, food and everything. But far from the airport. The hotel condition was a different story. First room they gave us was 806 ( elevator only reach to 7 floor and you have to walk a flight yourself). Doable, but not convenient When we went into the room, it was in bad shape. Water stains all over the walls, corners, and pretty sure mold that was painted over. Badly painted patch jobs. We had tiny ants in the bathroom and we killed 4 ants in the bed. AC dripping water down on the floor. The floor boards we warped due to wetness/humidity. We checked in and they said we booked a 3 person room, even when we booked through Expedia they allowed us. We have 2 kids (8,11) which all fit it the room. They charged us $5usd extra for the person (didn’t provide extra towels or toothbrushes- had to reask daily). There was a king and single bed. The single bed was close to the mold. Not ideal for anyone to sleep. There were food crumbs from the single couch, to floor to bathroom. I used the luggage tag sticker from airline to pick up all the food pieces. I brought it attention to staff with showing evidence and they apologized. But due to “no vacancy” we slept in the room. They did come up to vacuum the room. But after 7 hrs of traveling we were too exhausted to care. They promised to move our stuff to new room.

They gave very kind communication to me.

This night we did updrage and had a huge room - almost an appartment. And because of that, the experience was totally difrent from two days ago. But breakfast is still a minus chapter.

Standard roms too small and narrow. Breakfast quite poor. No egg , no bacon.

We have stayed at Flora Center Hotel and Spa before so we already knew how fantastic it was! The rooms are nice and the staff were great again. They were helpful and responsive when things needed to be fixed which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotellet låg bra i the old quater av Hanoi. Hjälpsam personal. Hotellet var rent och fint.

Staff were helpful but watch out when reserving because even though we had the booking confirmation for 4 people, they made us pay for the child saying the room was for 3. Also, when helping us arranging transportation to Ninh Binh, they charged us way more than we paid on the way back.

Great hotel

夜中に電気が落ちたり、ベッドメイクしていただいたのにも関わらずピローカバーに前日のシミが残っていたりと粗が目立ちました。 対応は早く、もちろん格安の宿ですので不満はありませんが、満点という事はないと思いました。立地はとても良かったです。

If I could give the staff and service more stars I would!! They are definitely the highlight of this hotel. The location of the hotel is great, breakfast was nice and the rooms were always clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

The hotel is really central to the old quarter. The hotel staff were very good and understanding however the place needs refurbishment. Water shower was really slow and temperamental and the furnishings are run down.

So nice that the hotel help us check in earlier and upgrade us to the suite. The room is spacious and the air conditioner is really powerful. Also the breakfast is tasty with various kinds of fruits. This hotel offers a warm experience on my first day in Hanoi.
