The breakfast is good.

Clean and tidy however just a few small things - the reception never followed up with me on something I asked for in fixing the tv. The breakfast is ok. The room is ok but can change the temperature which sucks.

Air condition could not be adjusted by customer, the room temp. still be very cold during this season even call reception to tune higher temp.

隔音很差，聽到街外的汽車聲及樓層走廊其他客人的談話聲。

這家酒店好處在CBD附近逛的地方很多，出入交通非常方便，只是浴室不太行，花灑在天花不是很方便也麻煩……但整體不錯！

Great place to stay!

Room is on high floor with good view. The room is big, tidy and clean. Breakfast is good with ample space. Left luggage is convenient for those taking the night flight. Staff are helpful in booking the airport shuttle bus, although I requested on the same day which was not as stated booking should be made one day before.

It is convenient here, staff is helpful. The. Amenity is enough

I stayed there on Friday night, and my room was on 6th Floor. It was very noisy coz the dance club next door sounds like it’s in my room.

Great location with lots of eats around. It’s good for those like drinks and eats after dinner time. A big supermarket just on the basement on the opposite shopping mall.

酒店地點去哪處都方便, 附近有很多食店及購物中心. 酒店職員友善, 但空調不明為何常感不足, 整體也很滿意

Breakfast was OK

Very disappointing. Got 5 rooms for a week. mine did not have a phone. was told by the lady manning the reception that they got in touch with me about it when THEY DID NOT. Plus she rudely just shrugged it off as something I had to live with. REALLY? Whats worse - the room shares a room with a club. So when the holiday came in and the weekend it was SO LOUD! Not to mention the room was not cleaned twice when i asked for it to be cleaned. I just have to say -- its REALLY disappointing hence my feedback. There were some members of the staff who were very nice and accommodating not only the rude young lady. Rooms are dated as well and the hotel does not have a car access for easier ingress and egress. Not to leave everything in a negative light, the location was great! Its right smack in the center of the happening. So thats something good about the hotel.

I regularly Stay at the Ibis World Square when visiting Sydney. Staff are friendly Courteous and wonderful at what they do All in all great service
