Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.

The room is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Loved the shower. The WiFi is stable but limited to 200MB per day. There is a SkyBus stop just outside the hotel and this is perfect if you have to travel from MEL. The staff is friendly too. Early check-in seems impossible here but it is alright. The only issue I found annoying is that I have booked the executive studio apartment which turned out to have a large balcony and was on the first floor. It was facing other rooms’ balconies and if other people were sitting on their balcony and my curtain was not pulled down to cover the room, they could have a glance of my room. I would consider to come back if other types of rooms don’t hv such problems.

Nice and clean studio apartment for 2. Nice view from balcony. Well furnished (with laundry on 1/F). Friendly services. 5 minutes walk to Bayside Shopping Centre. 10 minutes walk to Frankston Station. SkyBus just at the entrance. Highly recommended !

It's a private apartment. Even though no it's own restaurants due to the apartment design, there has good restaurants at ground floor. Also, M (24 hr) is just located at street crossing. The space of room is quite large. And the room provide with microwave oven, induction cooker. Only the one reason, you may not consider as your touring accommodation which is too far from the city. However, you can take a walk within 10 min to the train station.

Very bad check-in service: 1. Late check-in without key / password to enter the building (including pick up late check-in key) 2. Emergency contact number is provided from hotel, but NO ONE answer and NO ONE call back after voice mail (Fortunately, a nice local couple assisted us to fix, otherwise we might be overnight outside) Unfit Facilities for Asian People: The height of facilities is quite high (without stools)

可以做饭，周围有卖酒的超市还有Coles，带厨房，很爽。公寓酒店，自己动手，丰衣足食！还不错！就是停车都不免费很不爽！

Overall the room was in good condition, though there were a couple of issues. First off one of the bedside lamps was off due to a power outlet issue and the toilet seat was loose. The staff on duty were helpful. The mattress was too soft and could be improved with a new firmer one.

On our arrival I noticed the bedside tables had not been wiped over as there was food residue on them. In between nights our sheets where not changed over 4 nights of stay. The carpets where never vacuumed and the bathroom never cleaned. If there was 4 separate couples that stayed there each day the room would have been cleaned for the new guests. The beds are terrible they're the old benial springs

This is our 4th stay at this complex in the past 5 months. Upon this stay we had no hot water in our room for showers Friday night and Saturday morning. The staff were very apologetic and I understand it’s out of their control. We travel 4 hours from regional NSW to stay at this complex to visit our daughter and new grandson, it’s close and convenient. Of the 4 times we have stayed here, 2 of our stays have been excellent. Our 1st stay wasn’t great either with no heating and a faulty tv. The Quest staff were quick to upgrade us to a new room on that occasion. We intend to visit every 4-6 weeks and Quest would be our preferred accommodation but at a 50% strike rate we may look elsewhere.

I expected a nice out look for the price and we had to walk a mile with our luggage. Probably the worst thing the bed was dipping… we stay in Melbourne often and would not stay at this property again.
