Check in was amazing with the gentlemen working on Jan 16th at 4pm! Very attentive and explained the parking, stay and amentities to us! We both loved the cookies upon arrival! The room size was perfect for what we needed. Was very clean! Only issue we had was the snow created a big mess when entering or leaving the hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, the elevator to the parking was not working. The key to my room didn't work and I had to carry my luggage up and down three times until my room was changed.

No where to park for bigger vehicles, no hot water, you can hear the neighbours.
Dirty underwear in the closet on the floor. Room 443 maybe check before the put another guest in there. Told front desk but no one picked them up.

Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Overall a good hotel to stay in especially if you are attending an event at Rogers.
I would say that lighting could be improved as I found the room quite dark and there seemed to be some heating issues as hallways were very cold - but not all of them and the room was a bit cold as well. I also ate in the restaurant downstairs- the waitstaff were friendly and the food was good.
