Stunning hotel, lovely staff, secure parking underneath can’t fault any part of it.

Check in was quick, easy and friendly staff. Room was clean, quiet with a comfortable bed. Love the soaps, hair products in the bathroom, hot, high pressure shower. High quality linens and and towels. Easy parking directly in the hotel. Centrally local directly in the heart of Bristol, lots of options for dining. Didn’t use any of the amenities of the hotel so cannot comment on that. If you’re sensitive to smells the hallways, entry, elevator does high a high level or perfume or floral pumped in the air. It’s better than it smelling bad but it does smell strong. However you don’t smell any of this in your room.

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms. However, the breakfast room is insufficiently and poorly staffed.

Could not get in the restaurant and no bar food as too busy and major queues at the bar

Beautiful hotel in a great location next to the cathedral and a short walk from the river front. Our standard/deluxe room was spacious, had good aircon and was well presented. Will stay here again

Location perfect for overnight stay in Bristol. Close to plenty of food options and walking trails in the morning. We took advantage of the onsite restaurant for dinner which was a great experience for both setting, food and wine options. Recommend the 28oz shared platter for two which was plentiful.
