The hotel was an average 4 star hotel, though a tad spartan. Sadly it lacked amenities in the room. On a brighter note, Andi was superb, helping us every step of the way. Bright professional and very helpful. Commendable. Curious note. When we checked in, Usal clearly stated point-blank that there was no onsite parking. and sent me off to pay £16 to park opposite the Hampton Inn. However when I returned to collect my keys, Andi offered free parking onsite to us as HiltonHonours patron.I also overheard another receptionist offer free parking to a staff member checking in from another city stating "we have to look after each other". I guess it matters who you speak to.

Not only were we greeted with warm cookies upon arrival but we received free parking thanks to a friendly conversation with one of the team - stellar service!

The staff are extremely friendly & helpful for your entire stay. The hotel & room was very clean. Food and drinks are excellent & great value. Location is perfect with DLR & Elizabeth Line local. Excel and city airport next door on either side, however you would know as soundproofing is superb

Good, clean, welcoming hotel. Food was great. Hotel was busy, but staff were attentive. didn't have breakfast as had a 6 am flight out of London City.

Check in staff downgraded my room saying I don't need a sofa.. had booked it so as had a comfortable seat for the evening after a hard days work. Most staff seemed like they were forcing trying to be polite, didnt make for a very friendly atmosphere

Room was beautiful, was given a complimentary upgrade by Irene who was absolutely pleasant and lovely! Beautiful views too.

Horrific experince the supposed sofa bed you could feel the springs was unusable and the cleaningness was terrible. 2 towels for 3 people. Dirty glasses and bin everyday. Staffuseless. Willnever go back avoid if going with a child.

Lovely hotel Ideal for going to the O2, the bus stop is a 5 mins walk The staff are amazing and the room was very comfy

The customer service at this hotel went above and beyond to help each guest. This hotel is right on the river Thames and is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The restaurant is accommodating. Great stay!!!

Mon séjour était agréable par contre, mon véhicule n’était pas en sécurité tandis que j’avais payer le droit de parking privé de l’hôtel. Vu que London est reconnu pour son insécurité et carjacking, l’hôtel a mis un message frustrant {Hilton n’est pas responsable en cas de vol de votre véhicule}. Merci de revoir la sécurité au niveau du parking

Beautiful location on the River, very convenient for the Excel.

I accidently booked the wrong Doubletree and 10 mins later asked to change hotels to another place near the same brand in a different area of London. I expected a great service under the Hilton brand but only found out they are all individually ran as franchises, so DO NOT expect the squality. There were hairs in the scrambled eggs and hairs in the fried eggs. The machine coffee was Luke warm,....not a great experience and I will not be choosing doubletree or the entire Hilton brand again because of this experience. For the sake of 1 nights stay they were unwilling to be reasonable about and change details they have lost a long standing customer

Hotel is fine. Bed was comfortable and staff were delightful. The hotel itself was rather average and the facilities were suitable but not amazing. I would stay here again but I also note that there were lots of hotels at this price point, so worth looking at others too as nothing really stands out about this hotel.
