I reguarly stay here before returning home flying from Terminal 5,it is only 20 minutes in a taxi.
The Hotel is extremely well located and all of the Staff are always very helpful

Perfect location for visiting Windsor. We paid for a castle view and wow it was 100% worth it. Stunning views. Perfect people watching spot. Perfect for watching the changing of the guards.

Overall, a nightmare.
TV didn’t work
Sockets on the wall didn’t work.
I was not able to plug the kettle , due to not able to use the sockets.
I asked the staff to help, no help provided.
Not happy, looking at getting discount from my two days.

Room was clean and a fantastic location and view. The tub was leaking and we could have turn off the trickle of cold water that was coming out so it made for a tough sleep. We unfortunately had a couple one door over fighting pretty loud for quite some time and we ended up telling the front desk and leaving doe a while.

The room was clean but the decor and condition outdated and poor. There appears to have been no updating or redecorating since I last stayed here 10 years ago.
No breakfast as they no longer have dining facilities.

Room was very tired. Double bed was actually two separate mattresses that were of slightly different thickness - so it was a bit uncomfortable. That said, the reception staff were very polite and helpful. Location excellent!

The hotel is located conveniently to walk to Windsor Castle and surrounding shops and diners. But it also makes it noisy at night. The hotel is a beautiful building, but needs renovating in the bathrooms and other areas of the building. More cleaning needed as well. That said, price is cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Very run down in my first room there was mold in the bathroom and when I opened the curtains there was broken windows with glass missing
Second bedroom was not much of a difference so will never be staying here again I personally think the place is a dump

Fantastic location right across from Windsor Castle, a great mall, tons of restaurants and an Ivy Restaurant on the corner! Staff is lovely but hotel is in need of TLC.

So sad to see this grand old hotel in such a sorry sate. It should not be open for bookings. Filthy bathroom with ancient fittings neither bath nor retained water. Zero facilities and broken lift which has been broken months I had to carry one ladies bags to her room as she could not and no staff to help. It is clear the owners are just taking money as long as they can putting nothing in until it’s inevitable closure. Do not book here location does not compensate for dire state.
