The rooms were very clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff were also kind and attentive. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Especially those visiting the city for the first time. As it a great access point to easily get to and from.

Staff were courteous, especially the breakfast staff. I expected the staff to be able to speak English a bit more fluently. The room had some maintenance issues. For example light bulb out, bedside light switch panel was almost removable from the wall.

You guys are THE BEST in everything, EXCEPT, that I was a bit disappointed because the swimming pool was not available. I would have appreciated a courtesy message, since your swimming pool was a significant factor in our decision to select your hotel. I know it was not under your control the damage, but it was certainly under your control to still demonstrate your care for excellence in this special circumstances. Other than that we love your buffet! Congratulations to all your staff!

It’s always a great place to stay.

Buyer beware. All listings for this hotel feature a pool, but that was a nonstarter. The pool was empty of water and looked like it had been for weeks. The room AC was out of service, too. They don't use fitted sheets on the beds, so roll over once, and you're lying on an uncomfortable wrinkled mess of loose sheets. I was short-changed by the coffee stand barista, and after pointing that out to him he still tried to pocket 4 pesos that belonged to me. The breakfast was pretty good, but someone needs to seriously reexamine what they do with the liquid they call coffee at breakfast. There's great coffee to be found in Mexico but unfortunately they don't have any of it at this hotel. I was grossed out when adding some milk to the coffee and watching it turn to the color of gray mud instead of caramel. The Sonora grill served som good arrachera 'Texan' tacos that were supposed to be served with grilled onion. But to get the onion a mini-argument with the wait staff was required, including them bringing the menu to the table again so that they could read it and then agree that onion was supposed to be part of the dish.
