Easy access to Buchanan bus station and Glasgow Queen and Central Station. Restaurants nearby. Staff was great except one worker who rolled her eyes when we asked about the three day room cleaning service. Otherwise, everyone was nice and helpful.

Check in was easy. Room tiny, not worth $150 a night. If you are a fan of Ryan air. Pay as you go, then this is for you. Pay for this, pay for that. Broken fold down desk broken. Foldable chair. Coffee machine at front desk but must pay. Will avoid if possible-due to very basic and so tight in room. No place to even open suitcase. View of alley. No kettle or coffee sachets in room

Just a fine stay. The room was clean and warm but nothing to write home about. No kettle available in the room which was a bit odd. The automatic doors to the building weren’t working which was very odd. Staff were fine but not overly accommodating and didn’t seem to care that it was a special occasion. Location is pretty basic and boring but close to Glasgow central. I wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t offensive.

Hotel is really run down. Our bed hadn't been made properly. I moved the bed sheet and underneath the mattress protector was covered in hair. The walls in the room were dirty and all marked. The skirting was off the wall in the room. The laminate toppings on the bed side table were all warped and coming away. The hotel was also overbooked so we were put in a room without a window. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Stay somewhere else.
