En god seng med dobbeltdyne.
Der var rent, dog en smule lugt fra afløbet i badeværelset. Kunne fjernes ved at dække det til.

Great staff, location, overall very good. 3 stars due to our room was a handicapped access room. All furniture was removed except the bed, that was 90 degrees from tv. Clean but sterile and not functional.

Did not use breakfast. Overall, a very good budget hotel. My only gripe is that the rooms provide no seating with back support, so it is difficult to do remote work from the room for any length of time. Perhaps some other kind of portable chair - with some lower-back support, could have been spec'ed for the room design.

Stayed for 2 nights here 1st floor, overlooking Suchiehall Lane, both mornings wakened at 4 by staff at nearby restaurant laughing and talking, on 2nd morning delivery truck arrived at 4.30 was there for about an hour, so if you go ask for an upper floor apart from that Hotel good. Perfect location for city centre rail and bus station

Petit déjeuner simple mais frais. Chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Chambre très bien aménagée pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Sombre car pas de fenêtre. Pas de placard. Manque salon avec coin bar restaurant.
Personnel aimable a accepté de nous garder les valises avant et après notre séjour.

Quando no entramos no quarto sentimos um cheiro horrível de esgoto no banheiro. Solicitamos a troca do quarto e não fomos atendidos. Disseram que iam mandar alguém verificar mas isso não aconteceu.
