一间好的酒店，不单是依靠它的房间来显示它的品质，更要依靠它的综合配置和服务水平来令它在同业中脱颖而出。 我预订了这间酒店的SPA服务。 我是一位亚洲脸，来自中国，有一位亚洲脸员工从我进入SPA大厅开始，她对着我一直是张冷脸。也许是她投入了太多热情到服务一位欧美客人中，以至她没有剩余的友好值来面对我。 我选做了热石按摩，被技师告知如果感觉烫要告诉她。途中我被烫了7、8次，告诉了她5、6次，但每一次都没有得到任何回音，前三次我甚至以为她是听不到我（因为这时我是趴在按摩床上，脸朝下）。后来我发现她虽然不应声，但是在手法上有改变，于是我知道她是听到了却不给我回应。 Chi SPA的装修质感是不错的，软件设施也挺好。员工的服务素质有待提高。 自助餐厅的前台女接待员也基本都板着个脸。而餐区员工表现得热情周到。 在中餐厅我点的菜的味道都很不错，其中一道菜的食材出了错，和主厨说明后，他为我们退了菜并赠予了一碟新菜和一份水果拼盘。我们很受用啊，因为人家的工作态度是好的。后来我们聊了很久，他很热情的。

A beautiful hotel in every respect. Excellent location, lovely room, great amenities, very good food, and a beautiful pool. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay.

Mixed experience. The room was a good size, the pool area was pleasant and never felt overcrowded, and the gym was modern and well equipped. Breakfast also offered a wide choice, and staff throughout the hotel were generally polite and welcoming. What let it down was the overall standard of service. Check-in felt unpolished and slightly disjointed — we weren’t given basic practical information such as breakfast times, where breakfast was served, or the opening hours for the pool and gym. The breakfast room was very busy and we had to find a table ourselves, which felt out of step with what you would expect from a hotel at this level. The bedroom itself had a noticeable stale smell that was difficult to shift given the windows cannot be opened. We also experienced intermittent issues with the Wi-Fi, which was frustrating. So overall, disappointing, particularly compared to other Shangri-la hotels. What I would say was that we provided this feeeback directly to the hotel and the GM personally acknowledged the issues which was appreciated from a customer service perspective.

Lovely hotel, welcoming and extremely helpful staff, room cleaned well daily, water bottles also replaced daily. Great facilities i.e. gym, spa, pool, range of dining options. Easy access to mall. Would recommend and return in a heartbeat. Huge thanks to Kawisha and the team for making my wife’s birthday memorable.

Fabulous hotel. Beautiful, clean and great staff Buffet breakfast is extraordinary, lots of choice, tasty and great staff. Highly,highly recommend!

We can thoroughly recommend this hotel. Nothing was too much for the staff and we were made to feel very much at home. The attached shopping Mall is a big bonus.

The room was beautiful and spotless, the food was divine, and all of the public spaces (restaurants, gym, pool, etc) were stunning and exceptionally well-maintained. These things we anticipated — the level of attention that every staff member paid to all guests went beyond any expectation we could have had. Thank you especially to Bevan at check-in!

Probably, if not the best hotel in Colombo. I was assigned to a room that faces the sea as well as Biera Lake. The hotel, which is also accessible through one of the largest mall is a huge bonus. This gives plenty of options for food. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Certainly will return if I’m headed back to Colombo.
