This is very nice hotel. The location is on the mid of island. And there is nothing in outside that you can buy (no store and market). The nearest market is the night market of sonaset. The Grab to there around 30K VND. And you can have lunch/dinner on the market will be better.

Although there were some misunderstandings on our way to check in, the bellboy solved it quickly and sincerely. It makes us feel valued. And the most important thing is that every staff at the resort is welcoming to the guests. We had a perfect experience during our honeymoon.

整體來說還不錯，地理位置離機場近但是非常偏僻，周遭沒有任何東西，下午六點前有免費的kayak可以使用很棒，餐廳食物好吃

Zimmer war okay. Personal spricht zu wenig englisch, besonders an der Fahrradstation und am Strand/Bar.

Clean room, good amenities, friendly staff. Busy but Didn’t feel over crowded. Had a few hiccups in the beginning but staff was quick to address during our stay which was very much appreciated. Also shout out to young gentleman who works at the airport Pullman desk (unfortunately didn’t get his name - he was there on our arrival & departure. went above & beyond to ensure we had a smooth departure, thank you so much!)

객실은 깨끗하고 좋았어요.직원들도 친절하고 조식이나 다른 음식도 대체로 맛있어요.

Hotellet er egentligt fint nok, men ligger lidt væk fra alting. Grunden til den dårlige rating er, at hotellet ikke rakte ud på forhånd, at vi skulle have efterspurgt en ekstra seng til værelset vi havde booket. Vi ankommer 2 voksne og 2 store børn til 6 dage og får tildelt et værelse med en seng. Måtte herefter diskutere i over 1 time med flere forskellige personer om at dette ikke var acceptabelt og at de skulle have informeret os om dette ved vores booking, hvilket ikke var sket. Her havde det været klædeligt for et 5 stjerne resort at se at fejlen lå hos dem ift at skulle have oplyst om dette, da vi som kunde ikke kender til værelset og havde forventet at 2 voksne og to børn som minimum skulle dele to senge. Den manglende forståelse og løsninger foreslået er grunden til den dårlige rating.

The room was never thoroughly cleaned, before or during our visit. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
