Nice hotel and location is near city centre.

整體來講都滿意，最不好是廁所🚽與洗手及浴室是分開的；上廁後如果同房正在使用浴室的話，就不能洗手了。

寵物入住和停車場要額外收費稍貴，本來電郵查詢，說會給我小狗用的碗及小食，結果check in 什麼也沒有，其他酒店通常小朋友會給小朋友小禮物或毛公仔，但這裏也沒有。

We had a lovely stay here and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Overall very nice!!

Nice comfortable room, with a fabulous breakfast which was well worth the money.

Staff was helpful, room was tidy and the bed was nice and comfy only thing I’d complain about is that it is £18 for parking per night

Lovely room. Temperature just right. Bedding appropriate. Clean, spacious hotel with the added bonus of a pool! (Don’t forget to book your time though!) Five minute walk to York Castle Museum and not too much more to town centre. Highly recommend!

All in all it was a nice stay. Only a couple of reasons for not giving 5 stars - there was rubbish in the bin in our room and some rubbish on the bedside table on our arrival to the room. Also the air conditioning kept coming on and it was very cold and loud and wouldn’t change when adjusting the thermostat. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel so not a big issue for us but could be a problem for some.

Everything required at breakfast. Room clean and comfortable

We have stayed many times at this hotel. Parking is safe and a reasonable price for York. The reception is always well presented, the reception staff there are always polite, friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many rooms on different floors they have always been clean, spacious and quiet.

The pool and sauna area was very clean and well kept. We enjoy our stay very much,room clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly.

Proper opening windows when they are next replaced would be a great idea. Meeting rooms 1-4 are far to small and many more are needed.

Good location and easy to get into the centre of York. The hotel also has plenty of parking, which is a real plus. That said, charging nearly £20 to park overnight feels a little steep, especially when you’re already staying at the hotel. Overall a convenient base, but the parking price does take the shine off slightly.

Staff on reception not helpful and very rude. Children in the pool past the stated time and when reported to the receptionist ‘it’s not my problem’ so this was not great

Great location , good price , good walking distance to sights. Only minus , is that the mattress need replacement

Would have been a 5* if the room service timings were better.

Great facilities. Pool added value. In-house restaurant great for breakfast and prob underrated for convenient evening meal
