We loved our stay here! Everywhere was spotless, the room was cozy and the bed comfortable.
I loved the pool, and was pleased there was a sauna in the room and that the pool had an in-built jacuzzi.
Reception was nice and there were lots of local goodies on sale for a reasonable price. All the staff we encountered were really pleasant, friendly and helpful.
There was a good range of decent meals in the bar lounge, the pizzas were exceptional!
I was somewhat disappointed with breakfast, the hot food was overdone and tough. The fried eggs were solid, and the scrambled weren't very nice. However, there were plenty of other foods to choose from. The bread for the toast was lovely.
We will most definitely go there again, we fully recommend it!

Really nice stay, we booked 2 rooms and they were adjoining which was good, hotel lobby and bar are very nice spaces to be and the breakfast whilst a little expensive was excellent with loads of choice and good quality food, would definitely stay here again.

整體來講都滿意，最不好是廁所🚽與洗手及浴室是分開的；上廁後如果同房正在使用浴室的話，就不能洗手了。

寵物入住和停車場要額外收費稍貴，本來電郵查詢，說會給我小狗用的碗及小食，結果check in 什麼也沒有，其他酒店通常小朋友會給小朋友小禮物或毛公仔，但這裏也沒有。

Room was clean and tidy. There were not enough outlets on the bed side of the room. Had to stretch cords from the TV side of the room too charge and run medical devices.

I've stayed at the York Novotel several times over the past few years. On the whole the hotel would rate excellent. The only reason i rate it down is the rock hard bed, but that is my preference. We had a meal in the hotel one night of the stay, the menu is somewhat limited but the food and service were excellent. The bed doesn't stop me returning. The hotel is very well situated for the cty centre.
