Nice spacious room and a comfy bed and pillows.

Positives: Staff were lovely. Check in was easy. Room was a decent size, good storage, and bed was comfy. Location was perfect for what we needed. The discounted parking at the nearby NPC was really helpful. Feedback: However, I don’t think it was worth the price I paid for one night (£150). The heating / AC did not work at all and the windows don’t open - it was so stuffy in the room and absolutely no air. The fan in the bathroom was also not of good quality. The fridge in the room did not work. The TV only had about 50% of channels working. The restaurant is only for breakfast, so if you want lunch / tea it is in the lobby bar which is very small for a hotel that size, it had only one person working there so (although not their fault) service was slow. The lifts (x3) didn’t always work, often left with just one being in use. The hotel overall needs an uplift, decor is tired and old stains on the carpets etc.

Worst breakfast stale buffet budget crap possible. Machine producing sonething they dared to call coffee. Did know anywhere could this basic or bad these days This is an old not refurbished for years bargin basement budget hotel pretending to be more. All rooms sealed with no opening windows and stifling with no fresh air and 20 degrees at night. Far far too hot. Would never stay here again if you paid me

As lovely as the hotel looked and as central as it was, it was not in a nice area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though on the 11th floor, it was still noisy in the room. There were ear plugs provided with a note from the hotel, but they didn’t really help with the constant noise from outside. There were also holes in the curtains.

Room 1615: The carpet was heavily stained, particularly around the bathroom door. The refrigerator appeared unclean and poorly maintained, to the extent that we did not feel comfortable using it, even for complimentary items such as bottled water.

Room was dirty and too hot. The breakfast area was also very dirty and the hot food buffet was hard and cold. I would never stay again.

Staff helpful throughout stay

No smart tv. Couldn’t log on to YouTube or Netflix. Screen mirroring on the TV is only compatible with Android phones. Wasn’t the best experience

部屋が古かった。少し寒かったので暖房のスイッチを入れたが入らなかったので、壊れていると思われる。 小さいが蛾のような虫が2匹、部屋の中をとんでいた。値段が高いわりにとても不満足だった。
