Wonderful stay and check in process really clean room with really friendly staff. We went during pride and it was the perfect place to relax afterwards. The bar is well staffed and maintained

The breakfast was buffet style breakfast, hot food (sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes, crispy potatoes, black pudding) pastries, toast, bread, cereals, continental style meats and cheeses. The room was clean and spacious, bath with shower. Slept really well. Room was warm, although if I'd had a look at the thermostat I'm sure it would've been fine. Even though the hotel is on a busy street and roundabout. You'd never know, so quiet. Staff really freindly and helpful. Close to the trian station and 10 minute walk to the Bullring

I was expecting a lot better. It is looking dated the room was clean but the paint work was looking shabby the carpet had marks on it some where a bit dubious to what they could be the fridge didnt work nore did the air conditioning (was emailed about it but it did say it might be fixed) there was a fan in the room but no windows opened so all it did was move warm air around not much use. Bathroom some of the tiles where damaged and just filled in with filler the door handle didn't work so you couldn't close the door or you would of been locked in. The breakfast the bacon was over cooked sausages wasn't the best quality for what we paid i expected a lot better. Overall we have had a better stop at a Premier Inn

Nate and his team made our stay! Our phone was malfunctioning and he came up to our room to check on us, took our room service order and arranged everything with great efficiency. We felt very looked after and grateful. He definitely went the extra mile.

Stayed one night, went to check in at 3:05pm and was told room wasn’t ready. Got a free drink in the bar while I waited. The room was big. The room had aircon but it was SO loud I had to turn it off to sleep so woke up too warm. The tv kept randomly restarting which was annoying. The bed, although being two singles pushed together, was really comfy. Breakfast was good with vegan options but didn’t notice any gluten free options.

Hotel is in a great location, right in the midle if the city. Staff were frendly and helpful. However aircon wasn't working and the combination of this and the glass design made it very uncomftable. Maybe check the forcast before booking! We ate at one of the hotels dinning experiance evenings wich was nice, even if the food was a little out there (odd). Overall I would have expected a bit more conciderin it was a bit pricier than the other options.

Reception staff didn’t find very welcoming or friendly on arrival or departure. I felt they expected me to know where to go to find my room and how to depart leaving my room card in a box. Carpet in the room had an area that looked wet on arrival. Overall my room was comfortable and adequate for my overnight stay.

I arrived at the hotel and went to my room, only to find that it was extremely hot. The air conditioning was not working, and although I reported the issue to staff, they were not particularly helpful. The only solution offered was a very small fan, which was nowhere near adequate given that the temperature was around 30°C that day. As a result, the room was uncomfortable and unsuitable for staying in. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to leave the hotel and book accommodation elsewhere. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, particularly due to the lack of effective support from staff when dealing with the issue.

Absolutely shocking. The air con had stopped working but this information wasn’t given to us. We checked in and overhead another guest talking about the lack of air con so we asked and were sheepishly told we could either have a refund or a fan. We went to the room to assess the situation and it was awful. We received about 8 emails prior to check in, asking if we wanted to upgrade our stay but no one thought to pre warn us of the biblical temperatures. We were told that the air con in the building wasn’t sufficient to service all the rooms to the degree of heat we’ve been having which would seem to be a massive oversight for a chain as big as Radisson. As it was so late in the day, we couldn’t find alternative accommodation so had to return home instead which ruined a birthday weekend that we had planned. Luckily we managed to find alternative accommodation the next day but I feel a lot more could have been done by the staff and hotel. Surely there is a sister hotel they could have contacted or at least tried to fix the situation but they couldn’t have cared less. They very much gave the air of just trying to get away with it as best as they could and were trying to keep as much business through omittance of truth. Absolutely diabolical way to treat customers.

The air conditioner for the whole building was broken, and with the heat it was almost impossible to sleep. The staff tried their best to help in anyway possible, but it was horrible.
