래디슨 블루 호텔, 버밍엄

NEC 출장으로 4박 머문곳입니다. 역근처라 이용에 너무 편하고 주변에 음식 먹을곳도 많아 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 먹을만하니 일 잘보고 갑니다.

Great location for city centre. Friendly & helpful staff. Room itself was very spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was dated and no better than a budget hotel. Overall a nice stay, but needs updating to compete with other hotels in the city.

The water was scalding hot and the air conditioner didn’t work. The carpet was stained so could do with a spruce up.

Check-in was efficient and reasonably quick. However, we had to mention our VIP offer as the staff were not aware of it initially. We also requested that our parking ticket be validated at check-in and were advised this had been done, only to find upon departure that it had not been validated, resulting in us having to pay the full parking charge. When we returned to the hotel to raise the issue, we were informed that nothing could be done, which was disappointing. Our room (903) was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and adequate amenities. The décor appeared a little tired, and the toilet was cracked, but overall the room was satisfactory.

First thing First… how bad this company bas gone… no Air Conditioning working at all… they started provide fans… ate you seriously… paying this much to just gets fans no ac.. whats the point of paying this high price… i would love to have the refund…. I called reception 4 times everytime theybare like its gonna be fixed and we waited all night without Ac… disappointing… i would want my Refund please… cant go elsewhere i was visiting the town… please atleahalf the refund

Pleasant enough for a short stay and staff were friendly and helpful. Super convenient being so close to the main station, but it just felt a bit tired and dated and a bit below the standard you usually see at a Raddison Blue

Location and hotel were good but the power went out on the final morning. I can cope with that - things happen. What I did find disturbing was that the emergency lighting was not working in the stairway after about level 2. Not fun when you are alone, with a lot of luggage and having to juggle your phone flashlight. I mentioned it to reception but the response was just "yes someone has said that...." not a great reaction to what could have been an emergency.

Two single beds pushed together when I asked for a double in a superior room . Big gap in middle which was uncomfortable Fridge not cold

Always a queue to check in, the lifts broke while we were staying, but they did let us use the staff lifts, staff are helpful & friendly, always clean & smells lovely!

Policy for twin rooms is based on availability, allocation confirmed in the morning but room was not ready. Came back later and they had given room away. Had to get taxi back home. Wasn't offered any solution or partial refund.

I stayed in this hotel before about a month ago but that time the bed was more comfortable, also little problem with electrics in the room, the usb electric charging ports didn't work and the bedroom light only worked if the bathroom light is on, strange.

Air con didn’t work. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I booked a twin and got a double bed. Room wasn’t great.

I have stayed here on a couple of previous occasions but i am afraid it will probably be my last time . The hotel is looking tired and the surrounding area is awful. The room was an upgrade costing £185 , although the room was large the bathroom was dated with a very old shower above the bath.

Easy walk from New Street Station

Staff were friendly and helpful . I wondered whether the hotel was in need of a refit / update ? . The resturant wasn’t open and I was referred to the bar and bar menu , I did not want to eat in a bar . It may be the hotel is giving preference to large groups and opens the resturant for them as it did one night whilst I was there . I was able to access other places to eat in the surrounding area and get

Service was very good. Hotel was close to Alexandra theatre.

The hotel is close to the centre and a really impressive building. The staff were professional and really helpful.
