Room was perfect 14th floor excellent views of the city, hotel lobby smells amazing soon as you walk in. Staff so polite and help full, held our baggage before check so we didn't have to take it with us around the city. Amazing stay thank you.

Great stay whilst visiting a show at the NEC, room was spacious and bed so comfy. Staff could not have been more friendly (but still professional) and so helpful. The breakfast basket room service is a lovely idea and we enjoyed. Just a 5 min walk to the station, will definitely stay here again for future show visits

NEC 출장으로 4박 머문곳입니다. 역근처라 이용에 너무 편하고 주변에 음식 먹을곳도 많아 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 먹을만하니 일 잘보고 갑니다.

One of the reasons for booking this hotel was because it had a gym. Gym was being renovated which i wasn’t aware of. Expedia didn’t mention this otherwise I would have picked an alternative. Staff at reception were very polite, helpful and welcoming. The room was cold and despite the air conditioning being reset at reception the room didn’t warm up. The bathroom was warmer than the bedroom which was odd.

The room was cold, we contacted reception and they said they will adjust the heating which made no difference We was then given a portable heater which didn’t make much difference The views and surroundings are nice and the staff are friendly

Excellent location. Reception works well and efficiently. Breakfast area had good amount of seating, which made morningrush smooth. Room was well designed but I think room #1119 might have lacking ventilation in bathrooms. Roomkeeping always put the trashcan to hold the door open, to make the bad/strange smell go away.

The room was a very good size The bed was comfortable enough but the king size was made up of two separate mattresses so abit strange but we stayed for one night to go to a gig at the O2 so we were too tired for it to be a massive issue . The room had everything you could need including a fridge with complimentary water. We had to pay a £50 security deposit even after booking online and paying in advance which I found strange given it's not something I've ever had to do anywhere else . The refund was processed immediately as we checked out but still unusual

Hotel staff welcoming and accommodating, we had a huge leak in the room which appeared to be coming from the bathroom to under the carpet in the main room. We were given another room and staff were very helpful but when enquiring if there was any chance of any portion of reduction in what we paid as we had the inconvenience of having to move all of our stuff after attending an event - 11pm at night - I was told no!

We requested a high floor and got out on 5th floor out of 20 floors. Bathroom had a very unpleasant drain smell. Having a shower the water poured out on to bathroom floor as the seal to shower door missing on shower screen. Hotel really did not meet my expectations at all. Would not return.
