Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check out was at noon however we were urged to leave as soon as 11am came by, asking to charge us for overstaying in the hotel. Our belongings were held at the lobby as well because of this, and the staff were reluctant to return our belongings. Extremely disappointed at the service and conditions of the hotel, will not recommend it to anyone.

Reception smells, the walls of the room are wet, they don’t inform you about the parking, I ended up paying £20 per night!

Spotless room...... Great friendly staff.... Good food and good selection. Only the dated single glazing windows at the front of hotel let's it down slightly as its quite noisy with being on the main road. I always try to get a room to the rear as it's quieter

We’ve stayed at the hotel over the years and noticed a change from our last visit. No longer provided with. Stocked mini fridge and have to pay to check in early and to use the onsite leisure club which is a disappointment. The leisure club gym is very basic with outdated equipment and I wouldn’t mind paying if it was more up to date rather than being tired and in need of a refresh. Staff are still lovely and welcoming which is the reason we go back. Mind you it’s about time the stair carpets were replaced and more and more have duct tape on them. Would be stay again, of course we would as the hotel is located in a perfect place.

Breakfast. We went early for breakfast and after choosing our hot food we found this to be warm and got cold quickly, also being stored in plastic dishes. On informing reception, they said they would look into it. Even McDonalds food was hotter. Not the standard I expected with this Hotel.

Paid extra for a superior room and there was nothing really superior about it other than wasted floor space. For the price I was expecting a lot more.

When I arrived I was told there are some maintenance issues so I will have to use a different hotel about 10mins drive away. I refused so they downgraded my room for the same price ???? I should have got some sort of refund however, I was happy with the fella in reception who helped. I was given a free drink ticket and a free breakfast ticket

In a great position, with easy access to shops, restaurants bars and transport

Room was much better than I expected for the price,decent size, very clean but was a very hot room. We had to sleep with the window open even though it was winter. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Staff friendly, room clean and in a great location for the purpose of my visit.
