The location is good, which just take 10-15 minutes to Casa Port. If you just want to stay here for 1 night and go to the airport in the next day, it’s a nice choice.

supermarket and Moroc telecom are close to the hotel, it was good to get a prepaid sim card and top up data plan when we arrived. Breakfast was good, mint tea were served, Morocco soup were available too.

This grand old dame was obviously a great hotel 80 years ago but it is run down, poorly maintained and super cheap with supplies. They only give you 2 bath towels, no hand towel or bath mat. 1/2 roll of toilet paper. I aske for additional towels for two days and none arrived. I finally met with the housekeeping manager and got an extra bath towel. The cleaning staff try but 90 years of very hard water has coated the bath with a thick layer of calcium. The neighborhood is very run down and not appealing. And as a bonus we ate lunch in the hotel (fish platter) and both of us had severe food poisoning.

Room was nice but air conditioner never really worked and hotel maids did not understand what the do not disturb door hanger meant. Altogether a very good deal for the historic old Shell Oil Office building, very art deco. Also right next door to the metro. A very walkable location too with many food and drink options nearby open late as well. Staff was very helpful. A kettle would have been nice in the room though.

J'ai changé 4 fois de chambre pour des raisons diverses : climatisation en panne, rideau occultant arraché, chambre insalubre,... J'ai attendu une serviette qui n'est jamais arrivé Des travaux à 10h00 dans la chambre jouxtant la mienne No comment...

Hôtel vieillissant, pas entretenu ou très mal…

This property is listed as a four-star hotel but it only deserves two stars. The hallway carpet is dirty, the walls need painting, the shower floor is slippery, very little amenities, no hand towels, only bath towels. No hooks to hang the towels, no minibar in our room (311), no list for telephone number for front desk, housekeeping, etc.. The hotel doesn’t have a room service department. The chair for the little desk in the room was wobbly, most of the tv channels did not work. There was a smell in the room. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The hotel had some problem with water and for hours we didn’t have water and couldn’t flush the toilet. I had three transactions involving cash ( I was told cash only) and I didn’t get a bill or a receipt.

The breakfast was disappointing, but standard for my stays in Morocco. Am i the only one who doesn't like boiled eggs to be blue and smell like sulfur?

Une serviette dans la chambre, aucun verre dans la salle de bain, aucun tapis de sortie de douche, l'eau de la douche allait partout dans la salle de bain. literie tres petit sur un lit king.

SO sad we could not stay longer than one day and night. Great location great architecture friendly staff and spotless rooms

Staff are courteous but the room misses a lot of stuff … no towels or extra pillow .. tv is not updated .. too hot had to open the windows and get street noise to reduce the heat .. the 3rd floor is not renovated but the 1st and 2nd were renovated .. generally speaking it good for the value and for one transit night in Casa

I didn’t get my initial room and nobody has a professional behaviour to résolve the problem. I didn’t slept at the hôtel. And hotels.com services and claim agent did no effort to résolve the problem.

I love this place. I will come back very clean safety nearby. Everything in the city.

The staff was very nice, breakfast was ok standard. however This property isnt a 4STAR hotel, more like a 1 STAR the pool area was ok. Especially if your coming from the USA we have higher standards in the states so its a NO for me in the future. This hotel wouldn't pass inspection to according to US Standards

Despite booking a premium room, I found several issues that were not addressed. These included: - No air conditioning in the room - Broken shower - No fridge in the room - Non-functional phone When I complained to the receptionist, I was given the manager's number. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude was unacceptable - rude, unresponsive, and dismissive. They hung up on me multiple times. The only positive aspect was the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job. However, given the numerous issues with the room and management's response, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
