The staff was very nice, breakfast was ok standard. however This property isnt a 4STAR hotel, more like a 1 STAR the pool area was ok. Especially if your coming from the USA we have higher standards in the states so its a NO for me in the future. This hotel wouldn't pass inspection to according to US Standards

Despite booking a premium room, I found several issues that were not addressed. These included: - No air conditioning in the room - Broken shower - No fridge in the room - Non-functional phone When I complained to the receptionist, I was given the manager's number. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude was unacceptable - rude, unresponsive, and dismissive. They hung up on me multiple times. The only positive aspect was the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job. However, given the numerous issues with the room and management's response, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed. At. We checked in and the staff were unfriendly. We got our rooms it smelled moldy and stuffy. We turned on the air conditioning and went out into the city. In the evening when we came back to the room. The smell was still there. And no air conditioning worked. We asked for another room and a nice young man helped us. He also came with a fan. The other room was even worse. Both rooms had fungus infestation in the wall and we only noticed it in the evening when we turned on the light. It smelled and is unhealthy to sleep there. I found another hotel nearby and we took our bags and checked out. I explained it to the reception and they told me to take it with hotels.com. We lost 2 nights in a hotel that in no way can be lived in it is totally uninhabitable. We checked into the other hotel nearby. The same night I wrote directly to hotels.com about the problem - their response we will get back. They have done so now a week later. They will not refund our 2 nights in a non-sleepable hotel. Stressful and not ok. We were on honeymoon in Morocco and are quite sad about the experience. Both the hotel and hotels.com have given us.

Hôtel en chantier : travaux de rénovation : bruits, absence de climatisation , personnel incompétent à l’exception de la femme de chambre qui essaye de faire de son mieux pour être à l’écoute du client : Obligé de changer de chambre : Traces d’humidité , le téléviseur qui ne marche pas , séparation de la salle d’eau non étanche :Des bruits extérieurs provenant d’un cabaret et ce jusqu’au petit matin , environnement immédiat de l’hôtel : mal fréquenté , un chantier tout au long de l’avenue où se situe l’hôtel : BREF : HORRIBLE, à FUIR J’ai envoyé des photos à ExPEDIA : ( vous pouvez les ajouter si vous souhaitez ) Pour illustrer cet HORREUR !

The property was being renovated, and there was no mention of the renovation when the booking was made on Expedia. There was no air conditioning and this is summer, when a complaint was make about the air conditioning, a standing fan was offered. The carpet along the hallway was extremely dirty and dusty from the construction. The bathroom was not cleaned and soap scum and mold was all over the shower walls and the floor. I forfeited my hard earned money and left after one night even though I had a two night booking.

I want to thank and appreciate the manager of the hotel and the team, for the help and support provided for my parents, btw my familly will be back this weekend,

Noisy and smoky. The room was pretty hot. The air conditioner was not working. Didn't get repaired in two days after letting them know.

Le séjour n'est pas mal malgré le fait que l'hôtel soit en chantier le petit déjeuner c'est vraiment impec le personnel accueillant et professionnel

One word TERRIBLE!! We have cockroaches in our room, air conditioner was not working, broken faucets, web netting in the room, bed sheets dirty, no pillow covers, there’s a table in the room but no chair, asked for a clean bed sheet - the sheet they provided was ripped. Desk Service was awful. When we brought the concerns to their attention, desk attendee said “you should have do your research before booking it”. Simply awful!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING THERE

Las fotos de la Publio no corresponden con la realidad que te encuentras cuando llegas,deja mucho que desear la limpieza .No teníamos toallas para ducharnos ,el desayuno muy pobre,wifi fatal .Calidad precio muy mala.

The stay over night was ok but the bathroom smell awful and goes through the room. There was no mats the bathroom and the towel was not looking clean to use

Very bad experience. When we first entered the room, there was a bad smell until we opened the window. The bathroom door does not have a lock. Furthermore, there is visible moisture on the wall, there were no towels and the toilet was a little loose! bad service. Not recommended at all!!!!!!

une impression vite confirmé que l hôtel n est pas entretenu et délaissé par son propriétaire ! Équipement indisponible non mentionné ( piscine ) Équipement vétuste , non entretenu . Éclairage chambre et SDB à revoir d urgence . Très loin d un standard 4 étoiles. En décalage totale avec les 4 étoile environnant En revanche, le prix très attractif, efface la plupart des défauts . Dommage car gros potentielle . En comparaison avec l hôtel que j avais la veille ( new hôtel piscine casablanca) grosse déception !! Un geste commercial de votre part me semble largement justifié

Poor in every respect. The room was dirty (especially the bathroom). The swimming pool was inoperative throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was inoperative in all the rooms. It was always going to be repaired "tomorrow". The room key card failed on multiple occasions necessitating constant visits to reception and much waiting for the card to be re-set. There was never an apology. One member of staff was extremely aggressive and rude. Certainly a property to avoid.
