Great location and 15 years ago. It's obvious the resort was the top place to stay on the whole island. Now, it needs a major rejuvenation to update plumbing, the room decor and the reception areas. Staff were generally good, but it took a long time to change our room into something resembling a three star resort. We

Beautiful and awesome Nang beach view, closed to the ao Main Street and night market! Very convenient !!!

房間較潮濕，離奧南大街較遠，不過尚可

干净的私人海滩，齐全的配套设施。虽然设施相对老了一点，但是对于一个有14年历史的老牌酒店来说还是不错的。

1. 客房冷氣無法控制調整溫度，晚上睡覺時 非常冷，但關掉冷氣又太熱，極度浪費能源。 2. 自然生態環境不錯，卻無法打開門窗，因為蚊蟲很多，值得改進。 3. 許多設備十分老舊，例如浴室，應該立即改善以減少水資源浪費。 4. 沙灘上有許多危險物品，如:碎玻璃，建築廢棄物等，應經常清除。 5. 室內電路控制應有效調整，目前使用模式十分浪費能源，且很不方便。

Our room was facing the smaller pool. The room was ok. Rooms were not cleaned most days til nearly 5pm. If you want chill or have nap. Made it hard because you know they will be coming to clean. We also found the door sign to clean the room later in the week. Not sure if that would have got the room cleaned earlier in the day. We didn't spend much time at the pools. They were very clean. They had bars at them as well. We preffered the beach. Lots of shade with recliners. Bar was close by with the restaurant. If your ordering food it takes a while to come. The beers and sodas were not to cold. They use the same fridge for everything so it is opening a lot. A seperate fridge for the beer would fix that. The breakfast had lots of options.Very satisfied with the selection. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Overall Krabi Resort gave us everything we needed. Very quiet. Outside the Resort are lots if food options not far away and shopping.

The Deluxe Pool room was large and clean (our attendant was great) and the shower was really good. The AC only worked when you had the key in the slot (to turn on the electricity), so it would warm up when you were out, but cooled down fairly quickly. The pools were nice and the water was clean.

Entrance to room too dark. Bolt driver afraid to enter property for pick up due to taxi cartel. Lots of property is disarray. Needing repairs. Food is disappointing at hotel. Beach is nice.

I did not visit the pool and no I did not have an ocean view

Super dejlig villa, hvis du er sød og venlig overfor personalet får du igenmange, mange gange. Vikommer helt bestemt tilbage. 🙏

We had a second floor room with a pool view and mountains in the background. Breakfast was good with a made to order omelet station. The resort is located directly on the beach with good access. The resort is quiet, but also is within close distance to a large number of restaurants and within walking distance to many amenities. The staff at the resort were friendly and personable.

Veldig fornøyd med service, rommet og beliggenheten. Fantastusk strand.Boat restaurant var ikke helt topp. Tok ekstremt lang tid å få maten, som ikke var så bra. Frokosten kunne vært bedre.
