Krabi Resort

Room fine Breakfast 2/5 or 3/5 Staff sweet but if help needed - We waited 45 minutes to get back to air conditioning in our room. Very late cleaning – around 4–5 PM every day. Always when we returned from our day. You can also only get a key card for your own room. Which was a schedule for us.

Could be a beautiful hotel, however not at the moment. Building work ongoing and starts early, adjacent to where breakfast is currently set up. Very loud machinery in use whilst breakfast is in service. ( I think the development is part of hotel so they could delay heavy machinery until after service) Beach area needs a bit of a tidy up. Small area of private beech.

The room was filthy, toilet seat was broke, back door didn’t lock properly and had huge crack in it so mosquitoes were getting in, the shower door was broke so every time we showered, water went all over the floor, the drain in the floor smelled like sewer so badly it filled the whole room, the tub faucet didn’t work. We went for our honeymoon and check in was rushed, we didn’t feel welcomed or special as it being our honeymoon. The grounds were pretty but the pool area felt more catered to kids and was very dingy looking - VERY disappointed. Also the ocean in front of the resort was gross and we smelled like sewer after swimming. Do not recommend

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The private access to the beach was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to Monkey Trail (my favorite) and tons of good eating spots and shopping.

Absolutely fabulous hotel on beach, staff very friendly, rooms spotless a little tired but very clean , had everything we needed , beautiful location , breakfast choices tasty but Iimited compared to other hotels but still good value for money , we would definately stay here again it's perfect for families or couples

The location was great. The restaurant was being rebuilt and the temporary one leaked with all the rain but hopefully this will be remedied when the new one is finished. The hotel rooms need a bit of refurbishment and little touches, like only one bedside lamp for a twin room let this only be 4 stars for review. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Location excellent. Beach beautiful. Gym well equipped, though only open 8–5. Resort large, dated, and in need of repairs. Not 4‑star. Barely 3. Room spacious. Bed comfortable. Safe broken on arrival. Console for lights/fan outdated and unreliable. No USB ports. Air conditioning locked at 25°C. TV never worked despite repeated requests. Deck furniture missing cushions. Only one delivered after multiple calls. Bathroom dim. Mirror spotted and aged. Sink leaked. Toiletries cheap, pumps broken. One tiny bar of soap for a week. Had to buy our own. Water not potable. Only two bottles supplied daily. Housekeeping inconsistent. First days required repeated calls. Improved later. Management refused to speak with us despite two requests. Customer service worst we’ve experienced. No iron/board available though listed. Breakfast poor quality. Beach and gym were positives. Everything else disappointing. Broken amenities, poor upkeep, and unresponsive staff/management. We do not recommend this hotel.

Large resort with private beach access, two pools, and a gym. Insects/bugs in the room, bitten in bed during night. Gym only open 8 am - 5 pm, why not at least match pool access 7 am - 7 pm? Breakfast buffe many options but guest was grabbing foods with the bear hands - unsanitary!

Nice pools, firm mattress (too firm) and good breakfast. Excellent location.

The hotel has a great location and potential, but I did experience some cleanliness and maintenance issues. My first room had a clogged dirty toilet, and the second room had some mold around the sink area and in the tile grout behind it. The pool and kids’ slide also seemed a bit run down. The staff was kind and helpful, but the property could really benefit from improved cleaning and upkeep.

Dirty rooms. Booked grand pool room. No good view of pool, dirty dusty room and looked out on stagnant water. Reception dirty seats and dust everywhere. Cold breakfast. Rude staff. Eventually moved to F3 with small pool that didnt work. Room not serviced on first day then was cleaned on second day after I complained but dirty linen left by the door until we left. Even the staff said everyone complains yet you do nothing about it so this review will also be useless. Will complain to hotels.com to try and prevent anyone else being disappointed and wasting their money. Everywhere else we stayed in Thailand has been great.

The pool and private beach area were really nice. As well as the on site massage, room service and beach bar. Great if you want to have a break from the hectic vibes on the street for a day. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk staff are very good and helpful. The beach and lounges are great. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful property. It shows a lot of care likely the most beautiful property in Krabi . Feels very traditional, as opposed to modern and shiny. I prefer the traditional look and feel. The private beach was quite nice. I would come back again.

The room layout is beautiful but the pluming was an issue with no hot water for couple days plus the swimming pool drained itself and water left less than haft of the pool. It took couple days for the technician to fix the problem. We upgraded to the oceanfront room and paid for a lot higher cost but it was not worth it.
