식사 메뉴가 별로였어요

장점 : 위치 단점 : 직원 서비스, 조식 및 호텔 어메니티 개선 필요. 린스와 보디로션 없는 풀빌라는 처음 봄.

우선 리조트가굉장히 커요... 여태 다녀봣던 호텔과는 차원이 틀린.... 들은바로는 끄라비에서 젤 큰 리조트라고 하구요 그래서 방의종류가 굉장히 많고 비싼것도 많습니다. 싼건 1박에 7~10만원부터 비싼건 1박에 100만원까지... 전 당연히 젤싼걸로 갓는데 역시 싼건 싼가격을 하더라구요... 입구에서굉장히 멀고 로비랑도 멀고 조식먹는데랑은 정반대엿어요(조식먹으러 걸어가면 편도 15분 정도 걸림) 짐이 있을때나 카트가 안움직이면 로비->방 까지는 태워줍니다. 근데 방에서 로비까지 카트는 잘안오더라구요(체크아웃시는 해줌) 아침 조식먹으러 걸어가는게 제일힘들엇고 주변에는 상권이 어마어마하게많습니다. 조금걸어다니시면 엄청많이 볼수잇구요 대신 1자로 되어잇어서 좀 걸어야함 다른건 그냥 soso했습니다.

공사가 11월 완공되면 기대해볼만함.. 해변은 파도가 높았고.. 해변 선베드가 노후화되어 있었음. 2016년 11월 완공되면 나아질지도 모르겠음. 조식은 참 좋았음. 침대도 푹신하고 좋았음. 시내도 가깝고 걸어다니기 좋았음.. 가성비 괜찮은거 같음. 해변 놀이 시설 스노우쿨링 카약등은 없음 파도가 높고 해변이 생각보다 안 좋아서 그런듯 싶음..

Beautiful room, but disappointing hygiene and pool maintenance The Good: The room itself was absolutely incredible and exceeded all our expectations. We booked a villa with a private pool, and the accommodation, room comfort, and privacy were fantastic. The Disappointments: Unfortunately, the standards outside the room did not match. At the pool areas, we noticed a lack of daily cleaning, with trash and cigarette butts left lying around. The food hygiene at the breakfast buffet was also a concern for us. On our first morning, we noticed other guests handling the food directly with their hands, and the staff did not seem to manage or correct it. Furthermore, during rainy days, water was dripping down from the ceiling near the food area, and it took a couple of days before the issue was addressed. Some of the food layout was also left uncovered, attracting flies. The Consequences: While we cannot prove it scientifically, we are strongly convinced that the lack of hygiene at the buffet was the cause of our illness. I suffered from severe diarrhea, and my partner ended up being hospitalized with acute food poisoning during our trip. While the villa and its private pool deserve 5 stars, the public areas, the pool maintenance, and the breakfast buffet really need a serious upgrade in hygiene and management.

Had a suite hotel. The rooms were outworn and there was a very high humidate despite the airconditioning was always on. It also had a smell of sewer most of the time. All my clothes in my suitcase were moisty and nothing could get dry inside. Even the hotel phone rang multiples times, even in the night, but the lobby couldn’t identify why. The best thing was the massage lady, very nice and gentle and even came with mango and bananas for free for my child. The resort is in walking distance to many shops nearby and has own private Beach, which is nice. The pool areas are also good. And breakfast is variable.

Clean, beautiful property. I booked it for my wife’s graduation party with her friends. They felt safe.

Room ac was not working but room look so gorgeous I would come back but not that room F3 was the room I got a new one now see what it is next 2 nights

I recently stayed at Krabi Resort and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for the price and standard being advertised. The main concern is the level of staff training and responsiveness. Basic guest handling seems to need improvement, as service requests were not followed through. We reported issues with the room air conditioning and fan, but no one attended to check or resolve them. The air conditioning itself was ineffective during the day, despite being set to low temperatures, and only became slightly cooler at night. The restaurant experience was also below expectations. Breakfast options were very limited and lacked variety, especially considering the charges. There were minimal multi-cuisine choices, with most offerings restricted to basic Thai dishes and omelettes. Overall, the resort has potential in terms of location, but service quality, maintenance response, and F&B offerings need significant improvement to justify the pricing. At its current standard, it does not provide good value for money.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. We will be returning again!

Clean, quiet resort with excellent service and friendly staff. They offer transportation to and from the airport. It is right on the beach and near shops and restaurants. We would return there.
