The Rooms were fine

Beliggenheden var super, men det var også det. Stort gammelt og slidt hotel uden personlighed eller charme. Det larmede ekstremt meget om aftenen og natten fra de omkringliggende barer og vores børn vågnede til lyden af råbende mennesker flere gange. Vi kommer ikke tilbage - det var for tarveligt og dyrt.

Fine men lidt slidte værelser. Aircondition larmer en del.

Terrible sewer smell coming up from shower drainage after pouring rain. Hotel sent housekeeper to clean the smell twice made it worse. And wanted to send someone again the third time no one came. We had to leave our room door wide opened to air out the smell. No other solution was offered. Breakfast buffet was included in our room. Poor selection and quality of food. Even coffee tastes bad. WiFi signal gets weak near beach chair.

Backpacker sted. Mye støy og hasj lukt. Fin strand, men blir litt ødelagt av støy fra longtail båtene.

Rooms was to our expectation, however the swamp pool by pirate ship poorly maintained which attracted a lot of mosquitos,. A/C was noisy.

Like the Krabi Resort location and surprised it has a lower rating than the nearby Deevana Plaza from which I transferred for six nights after finishing an island hopping tour group holiday. Perhaps that is because the rooms will start to need refurbishment in the next few years and that it currently has a temporary building for dining while a new building is under

Jeg elsket denne plassen. Hotellet lå helt nede ved stranda, og rolig plassert selv om det var støy og liv i gaten rett bak. Vi spiste frokost nede ved strandkanten, det var en fin start på dagen. Hotellet er litt slitt, men det kompenserte for den flotte beliggenheten og solnedgangen fra solsenga. Nydelig strand å ta en løpetur på morgenen. Store rom og hyggelig personell. Kort vei til strandpromenaden, med gode restauranter og butikker. Ville egentlig ikke dra derfra :)

We had a plunge pool villa & it was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Half of the resort felt outdated

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel is poorly maintained and lacks basic standards of cleanliness and service. The room was dirty and in bad condition. The walls were stained, cabinets were broken, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. We experienced multiple maintenance issues during our stay. The air conditioning was old, extremely loud, difficult to control, and at one point it was dripping water. The water in the bathroom stopped working entirely, and the balcony light was faulty. These are basic facilities that should not be an issue in any hotel. One of the most concerning things we witnessed was the cleaner washing the drinking cups with the same sponge used to clean the sink, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The food was awful, with very limited quality and options, and room service is not available past 9:30 pm, which is very inconvenient for guests. On top of this, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive when we raised our concerns. When we tried to upgrade our room or request compensation due to the numerous problems, we were denied, despite the clear issues and inconvenience caused throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations. Poor cleanliness, faulty facilities, bad food, and unhelpful staff.

Very disappointed about my experience with Krabi Resort. This is a massive old facility not kept up. safety box is still using physical Key and requiring guests to sign agreement to pay 2600 Baht in case you loose the key. Felt like being scammed….Poor customer service. Being traveling around Thailand for a month, always enjoyed my stay and amazed with wonderful and kind hospitality. But krabi Resort lacks any of that…

Le personnel n est pas aimable, obliger d aller 4 fois a la reception pour faire le nettoyage de la chambre qui n a meme pas ete fait de la journee Rappel 3 fois la reception pour installer le lit supplémentaire réservé et apporter des serviette supplémentaires Tres décevant

Room fine Breakfast 2/5 or 3/5 Staff sweet but if help needed - We waited 45 minutes to get back to air conditioning in our room. Very late cleaning – around 4–5 PM every day. Always when we returned from our day. You can also only get a key card for your own room. Which was a schedule for us.
