Arranged the highest floor 18F to me. So through the window, can see better view. Walking distance to China Town and also near by with COLES supermarket, very convenient. But the wifi is unstable and very weak in signal strength.

Checkin was self serve. Staff member offered assistance & was friendly & professional. Room was a good size with all amenities & comfortable. Location is handy to central station , haymarket/chinatown/surry hills.

The staff were excellent very helpful. My complaint though is the lack of outdoor space. I am a smoker and I felt it was very poor not to have a designated smoking space where I could sit and feel safe. I couldn’t relax standing on the footpath having a cigarette, and no ashtray. Also I mentioned to staff that I hurt my toe ( possibly broken, can provide photos) by falling off of a runaway bed. No response to this.
