My suite was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for my two day stay in Parramatta, especially as I had work related activities in Parramatta Square

旅館附近有westfield大型商場及一般店家，生活機能良好。且旅館鄰近火車站，往雪梨市區的捷運班次多，約20分鐘即可抵達市中心，非常方便。住宿價格合理，沒有免費停車服務，是唯一缺點。另外，旅館被其他附近大樓擋住視線，開車時要注意尋找旅館位置，以免找不到。

我们带着三岁半的儿子，酒店房间宽敞，干净，厨具齐全，没有洗碗机，有浴缸。客厅的沙发床很大，儿子很喜欢。酒店在中心位置，但是离超市较远。有停车位置，订房专门留意停车免费，退房时收银还是说要交停车费，我特别强调订房时的条件才没收费，和之前的评价说的一样！

Wifi要收費停車也要收費電梯根本不用感應卡就可以到每個樓層太危險了照片跟實際的樣子差太多了

洒店整體都好好，不過酒店職員態度一般，早上的職員比較nice, 晚上的職員就差一點。我住入住過兩次，一次在1月1號至3號，一次在1月7號至8號。等一次入住房間冷氣不夠冷，好熱，第二次，冷氣好好，但hair dryer 就開了2分鐘，過熱停了，要等10分鐘才可以再開。

服務：職員們經常笑面迎人，態度親切房間：房間寬敞整潔；我們住的Twin Bedroom（兩張單人床），單人床比較小和窄，身型較高或寬的人會感覺較焗促突發事件：在行程的最後一晚，我們發現廁所的水箱壞了，每次沖廁所，水就會從水箱裡的喉中噴出來。我們馬上通知Reception，他們很快就讓我們換到別的房間。感覺上設施比較兒戲，早上還好端端的，到了晚上怎麼就壞了？設施：設有Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna 和Steam和餐廳。未換房前，我們的房間是正對著Swimming pool （真的是打開窗就可以游泳），天氣冷的時候還好，如果天氣好有時7點就會聽到有人在出面游水，十分應聲⋯⋯ 餐廳價錢很合理，特別是Lunch

Sofa including sofa bed in room was terrible Layout was not same as previous and space not great. Furnishing a bit shabby (like bedroom curtains) and silastic in bathroom Air con could not have fan set below mid range Tv should be bigger screen, no update in the last 15 years by the look Will stay elsewhere in future after staying at this place for the 3rd time.

It’s convenient in location close to Westfield and restaurants however it’s v noisy with the train tracks across the road. Big space and washer/dryer was convenient.

The room was good and beds comfortable. Many places in close proximity for dinner. The one issue I had was reception was left unattended after 10:00pm and there was no vending facilities to buy a bottle of water. Other than overall a good experience!
