The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible.

除了装修有点老旧其他都很好，交通方便。距离热闹的市区也就很短的两站路。酒店内的餐厅吃的还不错。虽然房间很旧的感觉，但床很舒服。

Towels were forgott red n in numerous occasions. The team said oh I think they were in a rush to get home. Like thats really a good enough reason. The lady running the ice skating was rude

Resort was amazing, the only thing that we noticed was the price of food was high for average food, was nice but not worth the prices

Room smelled and was very outdated. The 2 locks in the doors to the balcony did not work so had to use the bolt. It made getting fresh air in impossible. Rubbish around the pool area was still there the next day.

Just perfect for kids

Great stay! the kids absolutely loved the pools and play ground. Wish we had a chance to experience more of the accommodation but it was great.

The Resort was fantastic but the room was old run down and needs a renovation.

It’s quite noising in the night with other families that don’t control their kids making noise and waking people up.. you won’t get a sleep in here though there kids activities are great! The rooms aren’t as modern as they appear to be on the site it’s a lot older..

Genuinely found all the staff vey nice and helpful so that was a positive. The accom and most of the place is very outdated, and there was no sound proofing. My mum friends and I had pretty terrible sleep between neighbours staying up til 1-2 am running around upstairs or down the hallway which could be heard clearly cause of no sound proofing and we even had loud white noise machines to try drown them out. The traffic and also construction outside woke us up from 5-6am, and there is something that makes a super loud sound that shakes from upstairs which we believe is the aircons as the aircons in our room were doing that and we had to turn them off even though we were so cold and needed the heater. Pool area was nice enough but really needed someone to supervise out there as while we stayed very close to our kids, so may other bigger kids were unsupervised by their adults and ran around like crazy which could hurt other kids and so we never stayed long at all. Also the hot tub was packed with so many people like sardines, it was quite off putting to go anywhere near it. Probably wouldn’t go back unless they do some work to upgrade.

Not that ideal for people looking for eating options or space. Very overcrowded and budget.

It was the most pleasant hotel we’ve stayed at, we were so relaxed and the kids had a ball.

The stay was awesome and property has best amenities for kids enjoyment🤗

The entertainment, the pool, the staff, the amenities are wonderful! The only downside is the old building and dated room.

Our 4 year old had the best birthday. She loves coming here yearly and it is our favourite place to stay.
