房間沒有很大，沒有電梯我可以理解，但沒有熱水壺（茶或咖啡）我真的很驚訝！房間說有轉接頭頭我也沒看到，非常陽春的房間；除了地點好，床不難睡之外，沒有推薦的理由，最後就連借過廁所都不肯！

The pros of living here are to navigate the whole lake of Hallstatt, and it's a special experience to stay outside the terrace even if a thunderstorm happens in the evening. Others like reaching Hallstatt is not so difficult if you know how to take the boat at the port which is very close to the hotel. The cons could be season-related coz there is NO AC for most hotels in Euro! Travelers from Asia should be serious to think about about their plans.

是一間B&B無人服務的旅館（除了早餐時段有前台及餐廳有1 個服務生）如果不識字就不要選擇，因為跟本不會知道怎樣取鎖匙. 旅館沒有空調，打開窗又有小昆蟲飛進來！整間的旅館賣點是可以看到Hallstatt 的湖景， 因為這旅館就在湖的旁邊

除非你想得到很差的經驗
在住宿說明上並沒有提到超過櫃檯服務時間要收費20歐元，民宿飯店有發email，但都不是英文，除了看不懂之外，飯店的服務電話常常打不通。最後到達民宿飯店大門時打手機給男主人，他非常高傲，認為沒有在櫃檯服務時間來辦理入住都是客戶的問題，他也不為晚到的客戶而服務，所以他們要收超時費20歐元，甚至有其他晚到的客人直接不給住宿。大門外有一個鑰匙信箱，他要我線上提供信用卡資料後才給我密碼拿鑰匙。他沒有體諒到旅遊本來就有很多不確定的事情，自私高傲的人無法與他相處。明明對於晚到客人可以事先提供密碼給客戶，旅遊這麼多國，第一次遇到這麼差的主人，對於奧地利的旅遊經驗與印象完全被這位高傲不禮貌的人打壞。
另外早餐時，女主人除了準備飲品之外還會盯著每個用餐的人，看是否有客人做出讓他們不能接受的事情去跟男指犉報告。隔壁桌印度人有些食物掉到地上，於是男主人出來教訓他們說他們奧地利人不能接受這樣的事情，這真的非常糟糕。
我真希望告訴所有的人這裡很糟，請不要來住宿

The hotel has the best location and view. Just 1 min walk to the ferry station! We had a lake view double room, the view is amazing and we really enjoyed the stay! Super recommend to everyone!

Great location! Older hotel but we weren’t expecting anything new. Being able to swim off the private dock was nice but I wish we could have used the umbrellas on the patio to relax easier. Zero amenities but this was expected as well. There is a decent cafe next door and a good pizza place right down the road
