Booked this hotel for my parents, in celebration of my dads birthday and they had an absolutely lovely stay, the room was amazing and the staff was extremely pleasant, they even surprised them with a little treat in honour of his bday!

Very nice place with excellent service! Everyone of the staff was very courteous and motivated to help us.
The only bad thing is that our room was not soundproofed at all! We were hearing everything that was happening in the corridor and we got woken up early by all the noise from the staff and other patrons in the early morning...
It was very nice but I wouldn't consider going back just because of this. I had other Hotel experiences in Ottawa without this issue.

The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Our room was large and it had one full bath and one half bath. We had a wonderful view. The hotel is gorgeous and it the perfect spot to visit all the highlights of Ottawa.

The rooms are very disappointing. The TV was probably 15 years old and completely unusable because it was so pixelated. The decor is frankly deplorable. The blinds let in so much light and the curtains aren’t actually functional. The walls are PAPER thin. You will absolutely we woken up by the périple in the room beside you or house keeping. So sad to see what is supposed to be the nicest hotel in Ottawa is such an unglamorous state. I’ve genuinely stayed in nicer 3 star rated hotels. Exceptionally disappointed.
