The place is great with many beautiful rooms and photographs. The hotel room was good, a little smaller than modern hotel rooms but Ok.

The check in was smooth, I was escorted to my room by the concierge which was appreciated, room was spacious, clean, I arrived late and left early so unfortunately did not have time to explore more the amenities, next door to the parlament and Rideau canal

Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and classically charming. The bed was very comfortable too. Zoe’s offered good service and food. I think they would benefit from a larger dinner menu though. Great stay!

Such a beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious .Reasons for not giving a 5 star review - the fee for wifi was $15.95 /day; no availability for late night room service despite it being offered (were told they were out of every item on the menu) Overall we would recommend and will be back ! Hope to meet Stewart next time 🐾

Registration and front area staff were excellent. Room was good; but we had no bath towels and only I face cloth. Clock didn’t work. Valet service very slow.
