The valet service was worth the extra money as the parking in Ottawa on boxing day was not ideal. Simone met us in the hallway and promptly offered us a dog bed and treat package for our pup. The pool area was a tad cold and refreshing but it was built in 1908. The deluxe room was ideal and recommended for a family of four. Thanks for great stay !

Was offered an upgrade to a suite, but there weren't blackout blinds in the room, which is unusual for a hotel. The staff were very accommodating, but unfortunately, there was no parking at the hotel itself, and we had to park three blocks away (and had to pay for!), which, in December, was quite annoying.

Amazing atmosphere around Christmas and a cool speak easy. Staff was very helpful
