I had a wonderful experience at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is perfect—just steps from the waterfront and downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered amazing views of the harbor. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

All the staff for lovely, the hotel was very clean and we only experienced the buffet but it was a good spread. The hot tub was a bit small so hard to get into when there was a bunch of people and I did notice a little bit of wear on the doors to the rooms while walking through the Halls but otherwise absolutely lovely place. I'd love to come back and experience lunch and dinner.

Idéal location! Very friendly staff! Great views on Harbourfront! Very nice breakfast room and enjoyable breakfast buffet! Hôtel à Little old style but we truly enjoyed the overall expérience! Will come back!!!!

Great location close to the waterfront area. Our room was a bit noisy with an adjoining door to the room next door. Maids left some dirty rags on the bathroom counter when we arrived so was a bit disappointed however the front desk was very apologetic and gave us a room credit. Breakfast was very good. We also stopped at the bar in the evening, waiter was very good. Too bad the live entertainment finishes at 9pm. Why wouldn't the hotel keep it going until 11pm?

Room was smaller than expected, Extra parking fee was not mentioned at time of booking and was very high, property details said full breakfast available but was not mentioned at time of booking that this was an extra charge as well. Pool was freezing and looked merky/no clean. Jets were not working in the hot tub. Hotel is very dated.

This hotel location is really good but old and dark. It’s out of the date. Also really small and busy check in Desk. We feel it is very crowded. There were lots of the events going on. It wasn’t pleasant to stay. Also when I have an issue to check in due to the delayed flight, they are not willing to help us at all. The staff was being like a robot who doesn’t have a situation awareness.
I hope they treat guests in a better and welcome way.

Breakfast is amazing with a large choice of hot and cold dishes and eggs cooked to order. It's a self serve buffet with wait staff who serve tea and coffee. Our room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable and quiet.
