We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters as well. If you are first time in London, this is a nice choice, except for the room size.

Good location, within walking distance of many famous sightseeing attractions. Many public transportation options nearby. Many choices of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. Small room without table or chairs. Good value for money.

There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money.

飯店人員於住宿期間敲房門，表示因為空調系統有問題，要入內查看。雖然最後入內查看後沒有異狀，但整個經驗仍讓人感到不安。我住過多家飯店，從未發生這種情況

Friendly staff, location is awesome and a nice restaurant on the rooftop!

Great for shops, but the basics- a bed and a bathroom and a hairdryer, towels and all in one wash. No kettle or fridge etc. Rooms not soundproofed. Tube noise louder than in other hotels ive stayed in.

Chambre avec fenêtre: le lit était très petit pour deux personnes, oreiller pas incroyable et là climatisation/ aération ne marchait pas, ce qui donnait une odeur d’humidité assez importante. Au delà de ca, l’hôtel est très bien situé, tour se fait en autonomie pour le Check In et out.

Excellent location for Covent gardens and the theatre district.

Brilliant West End location, efficiently set up hotel, clean with adequate facilities in the room, comfortable and better than most hotels of this nature.

Quarto bom, estrutura ótima, melhor localização impossível, bem próximo de tudo, pontos principais, transporte público na porta, ótima vista da cobertura!

Hotel tres bien situé pres du leicester square, à proximité de la station de metro du meme nom. Possibilité de visiter les monuments essentiels à pied. Personnel agréable. Service bagagerie. Petit dejeuner passable, peu de choix et qualité de base. La vue en rooftop incroyable. La chambre dans les etages bas ( 2nd) et sur rue : bruit de la rue et du metro à proximite. En conclusion, bon hébergement pour un séjour de quelques jours.

A localização faz tudo valer a pena. Mas o quarto é muito pequeno, sem TV, sem frigobar, sem mesa e com o box do banheiro bem pequeno. É quase um Hostel. Se levar suas coisas de banheiro, não vai ter onde colocar nada.

Room was great, we were upgraded on arrival so our room had a window. The room was clean and spacious, with a wet room, which was very welcome as we have mobility issues. Emergency cord within easy reach I was impressed. The breakfast was good but the view was spectacular. I thoroughly recommend it if you need to be close to Chinatown and Westend theatre.

This is a barebones hotel but we have limited travel experience in Europe so it might be the standard hotel. The location is awesome!! Lots of restaurants, shopping, access to the bus or Tube and tourists attractions within walking distance. The room itself had a comfortable bed, confusing lighting system and a nice shower. There was no safe in the room to lock up valuables, no TV, no coffee, no chair/desk. These items are standard in the US but again we have limited experience with Europe travel (just getting started). They had just enough towels - 2 bath, 1 hand and one for the floor when existing the shower. They did not have a breakfast or computer area onsite. But again lots of restaurants within walking distance so the breakfast onsite was not horrible. I’ll admit we might be spoiled Americans as we’ve travel all 50 states in the US and the hotels all had standard -safe, in room coffee/tea, chairs/desk for relaxing after a long day playing tourist & onsite food options for that late night snack. Overall this hotel was good - friendly staff & great location!

clean room and staff were very helpful. ideal for what we needed and good location. Very grateful for being able to keep our luggage there in storage.
