Everything was fantastic. Room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and nicely appointed. Shower over a bath is old school and a hassle.

I bought my parents a night away for Christmas. Upon arrival they were offered an upgrade by a friendly staff member. They gratefully accepted! They were upgraded to an executive suite which overlooked Wembley. It made their stay super special, they were so chuffed and also said the breakfast was lovely - the picture they showed me made my mouth water! Thank you for making their trip special :)
