We loved the location close to lime street station and options to eat
Very comfortable room really nice bed and bathroom plenty of space when travelling really clean
Nice bar with happy hour and breakfast was buffet style and great value
We had dinner one night and it was yummy

Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying)
If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald.
The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try

Great place to stay, excellent for Lime Street no more than 2 minutes away, staff great facilities good.
A few things of concern not that it would not stop me booking again is 1 ply toilet rolls not great as it's not a budget hotel, also the radiators are clanking all night certainly on the room we had on 6 th floor, very annoying which affects your sleep, also the ceramic tiles in my bathroom were all lose and moved when you walked on them
However bedrooms great extremely comfortable large beds and generally a great stay, would have no problem re booking this hotel but next time I would check out the things that required doing.

Good value hotel which has parking included. Room was a bit old fashioned but that would not deter us from staying again. Buffet breakfast was quite good however no options for other items such as poached or scrambled eggs. Decaff tea bags in short supply.
The location was right by Lime St Station and it was easy to access most areas of Liverpool by foot from the hotel.
