Not good the bathroo

I stayed in room 116 the shower was not working there was water coming from the tap but not in the shower, also the hotel charged extra £10 for parking which is not fair parking on site should be free for customers, and also the hotel hold extra £30 from my bank account for deposit I do not understand why they charged extra I have already paid to hotel.com, I am not happy about that I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Room was clean, staff were lovely and very welcoming.

The £30.00 deposit should be clearly stated along with the price, not buried in the small print. The premise of booking through expedia is good value rooms without hidden extras. This deposit is not optional such as breakfast ,therefore it should be highlighted.

Very friendly staff rooms very clean and tidy. I do feel that paying £10 for park when you only staying for 1 night is unfair as its the same charge if you stayed for a week

The location was gorgeous the room cosy and just what I needed and the staff were very helpful

Good value, picturesque river views and Bath City Centre easily accessible by bus (15mins).

The Hotel was looking very tired and our room 106, could do with a deep clean

Pleasant one night stay. Horrible car park but it's Bath, parking is tricky in Bath! We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. It would be nice if they had clearer signage to the entrance of the hotel ahead of the toll bridge

Staff were nice, the room was well organised and had everything I needed. Breakfast menu veriety was limited. I did not like the tight parking space + traffic on the bridge. The room and towel and sheets were clean. But the shower area specially the glass seemed haven't been cleaned for a long time. The shower water was changing cold and hot constantly. Didn't like it. Overall considering the price, excellent.

Nice hotel Breakfast - disappointing not a lot of course Staff helpful

Not very friendly staff, no hot food for breakfast other than toast, very poor selection of food, no wifi, they make you pay extra to park in there own car park which we are going to look into because we think weve been had, we asked for a itemised receipt for the dinner we had in there restaurant they said no they couldn't give us a receipt ?? The whole experience was not what you expect for a long weekend away. Definitely would not recommend all round not a nice place..

Room 125 extremely small not really a double, bed difficult to get around especially during the night. Would serve better as a single

Clean and comfortable bedroom. Boiled eggs at breakfast were cold

Staff were fabulous especially the receptionist. Breakfast was fine but limited choice. Only continental available. Hotel on side of river so beautifully situated..

Was a lovely 2 nite stay outside of Bath. Bus is a 3 min walk away, so no parking prices to pay. As you come down the hill to property turn slightly left before the toll bridge and exit same entrance. Good variety of meals in restaurant. Would stay again.
