Our stay was not our first as we have stayed here many times when visiting London. As always had a room with the iconic Tower Bridge view so enjoyed wine looking at the view. Always an excellent stay with great service

Great location to majority of the historical locations. The main locations are walking distance from the hotel. The view matters to me when selecting a room and I was amazed by the Tower Bridge, especially at night. My only minimal complaint was that I went to London during the heat wave and there was no AC. So my stay was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, I would definitely book again at Tower Bridge.

Didn't have much interaction with the hotel apart from sleeping. But an excellent well maintained hotel. Was busy at the time we stayed which is always a good sign as to how well it is liked. Had a few drinks in the bar apart from that & using concierge for storing bags on last day. Excellent location, 5 - 10 minutes walk to nearest tube station. Two minutes to Tower Bridge & Tower of London. Costa Coffee & Tesco Express next door. A few pubs/restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

酒店就在倫敦㙮旁,景歡漂亮步行到地鐵站約5分鐘.酒店樓下有餐廳.2分鐘有超市.十分方便,唯一缺點是傢俱有點舊及玻損.

The entire experience is bad... I regret choosing this hotel. The first 2 days, I was assigned to a room with only 1/3 window size of all other rooms of same room type and same price. Frankly, I paid for the view. Yes, the bridge is beautiful, but I was like looking at it from a prison cell... Since windows of mine and the next door is of a "L Shape" arrangement, I can definitely look at the bed of next door in detail from my window. At the same time, guest in next door can look into the the big mirror above my desk which is reflecting my bathroom. No privacy at all! After expressing my disappointment, hotel agree to assign another room to me from the third day. However my mood was already ruined. In general: 1) The pillow cover is coved with dust; 2) Room service won't change bed sheet even there are stain on it, unless you request; 3) Bathtub is grey as it is covered with dust; 4) Hot water provision was unstable when taking shower; 5) No fridge; 6) Socket is far away from bed which means you have to sleep away from phone; 7) Centralized air conditioning system, couldn't adjust when hotel turn on the heater. Temperature outside was 12°C, not that low. I was sweating in the room. I opened the window but the noise from the bar downstair made me difficult to fall asleep; 8) The 24-hour gym room is very tiny; 9) TV is low resolution; Even the renovation is old fashioned, the hygiene, services, arrangement could be much better, but sadly hadn't. Not Recommended!

Bodde to netter i standard rom med ekstraseng. Meget god service fra de ansatte, og selv om rommene var preget av at de ikke har vært renovert på mange år, så var de relativt store og sengene gode. Hektisk område rett ved Tower, men kort vei til både Underground og togstasjon.

Excellent location, as it is within walking distance to many restaurants along the Thames, as well as the Tower and Tower Bridge, which we could see from the tiny room window. We were initially given a room so small, we could barely move around and the temperature in it was 38 C, almost 100 degrees Fahrenheit! it took several attempts to finally get the air conditioning issue resolved. The second room was bigger and had a functioning AC. They have minimal toiletries and the bathtub/shower poses a risk of falling, particularly when stepping out.

What a terrible hotel! Only good thing about it was the location and view. Rooms were dirty, dated and dangerous. Our first room had mismatched furniture, which was chipped and broken, Mould above the windows, no nets and could see into other people’s rooms and vice versa. The bathroom had smashed tiles and mould. We then asked to move rooms after complaining and were upgraded to a ‘deluxe’ this was mildly better, and had had some sort of a facelift, but was dirty and the bathroom again was dated and mouldy. This is not a 4* hotel. It needs to be shut down and completely refurbed from scratch.
