很棒

酒店就在倫敦㙮旁,景歡漂亮 步行到地鐵站約5分鐘.酒店樓下有餐廳.2分鐘有超市.十分方便,唯一缺點是傢俱有點舊及玻損.

酒店需要返新，內面又舊又爛。只是地點方便！

橋景景觀很好，最初只給我二樓，要問才給高層，雖然是全統裝修，一般也可以，只是房內沒有雪櫃有點可惜。

無敵景色tower bridge, 只有這點什麼都值了

The entire experience is bad... I regret choosing this hotel. The first 2 days, I was assigned to a room with only 1/3 window size of all other rooms of same room type and same price. Frankly, I paid for the view. Yes, the bridge is beautiful, but I was like looking at it from a prison cell... Since windows of mine and the next door is of a "L Shape" arrangement, I can definitely look at the bed of next door in detail from my window. At the same time, guest in next door can look into the the big mirror above my desk which is reflecting my bathroom. No privacy at all! After expressing my disappointment, hotel agree to assign another room to me from the third day. However my mood was already ruined. In general: 1) The pillow cover is coved with dust; 2) Room service won't change bed sheet even there are stain on it, unless you request; 3) Bathtub is grey as it is covered with dust; 4) Hot water provision was unstable when taking shower; 5) No fridge; 6) Socket is far away from bed which means you have to sleep away from phone; 7) Centralized air conditioning system, couldn't adjust when hotel turn on the heater. Temperature outside was 12°C, not that low. I was sweating in the room. I opened the window but the noise from the bar downstair made me difficult to fall asleep; 8) The 24-hour gym room is very tiny; 9) TV is low resolution; Even the renovation is old fashioned, the hygiene, services, arrangement could be much better, but sadly hadn't. Not Recommended!

The room is old-fashioned and needs to be renovated. The hotel is far from the underground station -The Tower Hill Station. It is not easy to carry luggage along a long ramp from the station to the hotel. The room is full of dust and lacks maintenance. The facilities of the room are not enough compared with other hotels we accommodated.

The location is good, service is good. But the hotel room is really old.

Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und alles andere als schön, die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Als wir eingecheckt haben, war unsere Toilette komplett versch*ssen und als wir nachgefragt haben, ob man das beheben könnte, stoßen wir nur auf mürrische Blicke. Im nächsten Zimmer war das Klo zwar sauber, aber die Dusche komplett verschimmelt und schwarz. Für diese Zimmer und den Service ist der Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

We had booked two rooms, it took ages for us to check in and we were unable to have the rooms on the same floor. There was work being done in the room next to us so every morning we woke up to drilling. The bed was brick hard and the quilt was too small for the cover so you ended up with just a sheet.

The room was nice and clean. A lovely desk space was available along side a large tv. High quality large bath towels were provide too. The hotel offers a self check In option via kiosks which was super easy and fast. Overall the room was exactly as described. The

Lovely room with an amazing view of Tower Bridge and the river, fantastic, well appointed hotel and friendly staff in a perfect location to explore the city.

goede bedden, vrienslijk personeel, goede locatie (nabij metro). Wij hadden een kamer met zicht op de brug, echt prachtig
